Côte Cobham

Pleasant venue but the service was extremely slow even when the restaurant was not overly busy. Forty minutes for the main course to arrive, two and a half hours for Sunday lunch. Far too long, especially with children.

Good service and fabulous food . My daughter needs gluten free menu which is excellent and well thought out regarding mini flag in dish so that there can be no mistakes. It was my birthday and I was welcomed with a complimentary Kia Royale which was a fabulous and a very nice touch. Well done Côte restaurants have never let us down so keep up the great work ,

Had a light lunch here today with three friends, food service and general atmosphere was very good, have always been happy with Cote and their value for money!

I booked for brunch mother’a day brunch and did not realise how busy the restaurant would be. However, we were extremely surprised with how fantastic the service was, how quick we received our food and how hot it was and how attentive the staff were. Would 100% recommend this restaurant

Restaurant was quite noisy mainly from children which was unexpected on a Saturday night. Food quality was good but service a bit slow. Impression that prices have risen.

I asked for a Medium rare steak . It was totally over cooked , more like very well done ! Although it was replaced it was disappointing as I would have liked to have eaten together with my guests . I thought out of “ good will “ a drink could have been offered on the house as I had to wait , but no .

Decided to try the cheaper menu. Excellent whitebait followed by steak frites. Really enjoyed my meal. My daughter had the chicken parfait followed by the haddock, both of which she recommended.

This visit was a celebration of my 60th Birthday and as always quality of food and service was excellent! Appreciated the dessert with candle and “Happy Birthday” rendition from the staff 😊

2 out of the 4 main courses were sub standard. the rest of the meal was very good and had super seats, quite and relaxing. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and deducted the cost of the 2 main meals. We are all regular visitors of Cote and would not hesitate return. It was just a shame on this occasion we experienced a disappointment

Disappointing. Extremely slow service, we waited over an hour for out main course to arrive. Other diners who arrived at the same time were finished before we had our main course. When the food arrived, some of it was dry and overcooked as it had obviously been sitting whilst they sorted out whatever problems they were having. We also seemed to have a lot of communication problems with the staff, frequently being offered dishes we hadn't actually ordered.

The meal was outstanding and the service exceptional. Thank you for a great evening

We had a relaxed and enjoyable evening as usual in our local Cote restaurant. The manager is always friendly and efficient. the service is attentive and .he food of s consistently good standard.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our early dinner at Cote. The food is always reliably good and at a price I can afford. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant was good with people obviously having a good time.

Absolutely terrible service. Put in a corner and apart from bringing our drinks and main we were left on our own. Our group of 4 all wanted a dessert but with the length of time we were there waiting to catch someone's eye, we eventually had no time and had to leave.

This was a re-visit to the restaurant having had a previous "not so great" experience. I am happy to say that service and food this time around were all very good and as a family we had a very pleasant meal and enjoyed our evening - thank you Cote.

Nearly a perfect meal - my t bone steak was overdone and served on a red hot plate so it carried on cooking. I know I could have sent it back but then the others would have finished and I would be left eating on my own. Other than that everything was good as it usually is

Menu and food excellent... waiter helpful and pleasant... atmosphere welcoming and not too noisy... the only slight objection is that the service was quite slow and the parking to attend is quite expensive. I was not in a hurry this time so it didn’t matter.

I love coming to have Breakfast with my family at Cote-Cobham. They have the most friendly and attentive staff, which always makes for a wonderful dining experience. Thank You.

Very welcoming. very good atmosphere - food not quite perfect. Swordfish main too aggressively griddled and sauce a little short of lemon and capers, Crevettes salad starter excellent. Coup Noir dessert superb as always,

Always a pleasure dining at Cote. Today’s meal, Cote du beuf, was lovely and cooked to perfection. As usual the manager, Scott, gave his usual kind, efficient service. He is credit to Cote as are the rest of the staff. Looking forward to another meal at Cote ASAP. Cheers Colin & Myrna Wolff

Lovely food but had to ask for our table water a few times and the server who seated us could have been a little friendlier/ less short

We sat for one hour before our meals were delivered. My fillet steak was well done, but I asked for medium. Not good on this occasion. Usually so good ☹️

Sadly my duck breast was served cold and the mussels were difficult to find, The service was excellent. Hopefully another time it will be to your usual standard.
