We had great service and wonderful food, so we're looking forward to returning

Fantastic service and amazing steak. (Really prompt too, which was essential as we had theatre tickets.) A glass of bubbly with the two-course set menu - perfect start to our evening.

We had a great pre theater supper and just typing that is great. Adam from Wales was a super host and really attentive. I had to beat my sisters off him🤣🤣 It was so lovely to return to Cot’e for supper in the west end. Thank you Tim Paul Rachel Justine Xxx

Absolutely fabulous meal! From being met at the door to paying the bill, everything was outstanding. I love Cote’s and think it’s great service , great value and great food. Haven’t been to St. Martins lane before and it’s my new favourite!

We are fans! When in London we always come to St Martin's Lane Cotes. The food has never disappointed and the service impeccable.

From a warm welcome then excellent service, very good food and a nice wine this was a most enjoyable visit. The manager and staff were outstanding . I use various cote restaurants occasionally and I would certainly visit this one again. Thank you.

It is so good to be back! As usual the staff were brilliant, I watched one of them spend five minutes patiently explaining the menu to a customer who couldn't work out the Christmas menu with or without the wine, for them to be employed again and for me to help keep them in a job is wonderful.

We often eat here when we visit Covent Garden and surrounding area. It was good to return after recent lockdown although unfortunately the restaurant was rather cold due to present circumstances so do wrap up warm.

Everything was very much how we have experienced in the past and how we expected it to be under the current very strange circumstances. The atmosphere was fine and the staff were all very pleasant as usual. The food was up to your normal high standards and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The absence of musak was also most welcome.

So glad to enjoy Côte's excellent service and cuisine after so long in enforced exile. As of old, charming, helpful and efficient service. You can't beat it!

We had a very nice evening at Cote Brasserie. We were glad to be back there, having eaten at this branch many times in the past, mainly for pre-theatre eating prior to going to the Coliseum. I had mentioned in my booking that it was my husband's birthday and the staff very kindly provided complimentary Kir Royale on arrival. The food was good as usual and the service excellent. We were just sorry to see the place so empty and hope things will improve for you eventually.

We had a very enjoyable meal last night and our waitress was lovely, very friendly and efficient. Sad you are having to close again due to COVID but we are regular concert go-ers to St Martins so we look forward to coming back and dining at Coté again.

One of the best family meals ever and also an amazing value for money. Chateaubriand was just perfect as well as the salads, the side dishes and children meals. The waiter was wonderfully attentive and the overall service and ambience was superb. We will certainly be back!

the tables were well spaced and using the closed off street gave us a chance to enjoy the sunshine without the traffic noise and fumes. The staff were very friendly and attentive. As always the food was excellent .It was altogether a vey enjoyable meal and we will defiantly return.Thank you Cotes for opening up again....Wonderful.

Eating at Cote St Martins Lane is a reassuringly safe and comforting treat right now. Carefully managed seating arrangements, excellent hygiene regulations and plenty of hand sanitiser around should you feel the need, the kind and friendly staff are meticulously trained to allow you to relax and enjoy fabulous food and wine in the cleanest and cosiest surroundings. It's a little haven of rest in an otherwise agitated London. Book now!

The restaurant was virtually empty so lacked the vibe of a usual meal at Cote but the place looked as welcoming as ever - candles lit at every table, even downstairs I noticed when I went to the loo - and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. Two small criticisms about the food. I had the pork tenderloin which was advertised as coming with a celeriac purée. As a result I ordered frites on the side. The purée was, in fact, more potato than celeriac and I would have done better with a green vegetable on the side. Secondly, something was over salted as I’ve been drinking cups of tea ever since my visit!

We had a lovely time, first class food and wine and service. So sad that there were so few diners. But it made it nice and quiet.

Every single thing we ate and drank was delicious and the staff were very friendly and efficient. I particularly loved the October special aperitif! Already planning my next trip back... thank you everyone.

When I booked the table I thought that two new fig cocktails were complimentary. As my wife does not like figs we only had one and that was charged for on the bill. Was this a mistake or did I get it wrong? The goats cheese salad had vegetables that were steamed not roasted. Serving it in a bowl meant that the dressing was at the bottom of the bowl and not on the food. The bowl also made it difficult to eat. My wife turned it out on to a plate which did not help the presentation but made it much easier to eat. It tasted fine but she would have prefered proper roasted veg as described.

We had excellent service for a birthday meal. The restaurant was very quiet but we had superb friendly and helpful service . The fig cocktails were delicious , fig and endive starter generous and salmon ratatouille perfectly cooked. A fantastic meal with brilliant service. We will return soon!

What a treat to eat at Cote St Martin's Lane yesterday. Easily the warmest welcome in London, followed by swift service, friendly and helpful staff all paying close attention to cleaning and distancing protocols. This all helps you to relax and feel safe and well cared-for. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with the freshest ingredients cooked to perfection, and savoured a terrific (yet not expensive) glass of champagne. The overall value for money is great. We'll be back as soon as we can....
