Great meal and excellent service. We had the lunch/pre-theatre menu and the range of choices for all 3 courses were excellent. The dishes were delicious and a good and substantial amount of food for each one. I have eaten regularly at Cote but it was my companions first time and he was very impressed at the quality.
Fantastic food, a separate menu for vegans, which made the vegan in our party happy, friendly service, elegant surroundings, reasonable prices. A good booking system and no problem when we turned up with an extra person. My only problem was that it's one of countless restaurants in the capital with no carpet or anything to mute the sound of a large number of people talking in a crowded space. This means, people with hearing difficulties and even those who hear ok but (like me) are well past retirement age, have trouble hearing the waiting staff or our own family at the table. Not relaxing to have to shout and ask everyone to repeat things.
Missed 2 starters even tho we checked the order Insisted it wasn’t his fault again we had checked the order as it was taken so he defiantly knew we wanted them Very slow service Rude attitude Staff kissing and touching in other in the bar area as preping drinks Asked for fresh cream.... revived creme frechie... pointed this out was told oh we don’t do fresh cream just double cream!!!! And that from the manager surely they should know double cream is fresh cream!!!! Very disappointed we eat at Cote a lot in Leeds, Manchester, Covent Garden to name a few never at St Martins lane and will not be back
We had a lovely lunch, with a pleasant ambience and great staff - what more could you ask for? We'd definitely recommend Cote St Martin's Lane!
Brilliant food at reasonable price. Steak cooked perfectly just as I requested. Service excellent. Only minus it was quite noisy but it was a Saturday evening.
Food was good and service excellent , very good value for money
Pleased to get requested window table - excellent service throughout so very satisfied
Great food and service in spite of a very busy restaurant...we were going to the theatre and the waiter ensured our meal was served quickly...would certainly go again
Beautiful food, great service. Reliably good French cuisine beautifully prepared in a welcoming atmosphere. We were happy to bring our guests here and have dined at other Côte Brasseries (also good). We had a brilliant dinner!
Very busy pre-theatre service but the staff coped well and we still had a great experience. Good food and excellent friendly service as usual. Thank you!
As usual food choice from the different menus was good and the quality of the food was excellent. Service was good and we were comfortable on time prior to our opera visit. Only downside was placement of our table for four- just inside the door and therefore we were disturbed by the arrival/departure of other diners.
The staff were welcoming and cheerful. Service was efficient but relaxed. The boeuf bourguignon was exquisite and the desserts all looked tempting. Decided on the crème brûlée and didn't regret it. Nice clean toilets too!
Very efficient and good service, if a bit frenetic, and well cooked tasty food.
Service really good Food disappointing I’m a fan of cote but tonight my meal was very mediocre the chicken breast in breadcrumbs tAsteless and very dry
Always great food, friendly and efficient service and a fun night out at Cote Brasserie! Menus change seasonally. Take advantage of their many wine and drink promotions ewhich are excellent value.
As always with Cote which we have visited many times everything was ecellent , my one let down if that is the correct word is that despite mailing the previous week to enquire if anything special could be done for a birthday no reply has ever been received .
Have visited many Cote Brasseries and always found them excellent value for money. The high quality of the food and service has never let me down.
Delicious as always! Good service, restaurant a bit too busy today but still efficient. Only complaint/suggestion: French saucisson sec should be sliced more thinly for best enjoyment.
Excellent service - we had a superb waitress. Thank you.
The service was attentive and efficient. The restaurant was pleasantly buzzy without being too noisy - a great plus - and the food was good. This is a ver good pre theatre option in the heart of theatreland
We love coming to Cote. It never disappoints. The service is great, the food beautiful, waitressing staff lovely and always very welcoming. Great value for money too.
As ever, the serving staff were efficeint and courteous. However, both the starter (mine and my wife's) were tepid at best and my wife's main course was cold.

Excellent food great staff and good value for money good cocktails ......... staff could not have been more helpful - we will be back Never had a bad meal at Côte - you guys always deliver
Service good but my partner was very unimpressed with his main course. He ordered the lamb rump which was nearly £16 and consisted of only 2 very small pieces of lamb (1.5inches roun) and not that many vegetables to accompany it. We ate at 6pm but had to purchase additional food for him from a fast food company as he was hungry at 9.30pm. This disappointed me as it was my suggestion and I have always had good experiences of Côte Brasserie in the past.
We were a party of 4 and had the fixed price lunch menu and had booked previously. No wait and good value food in a nice atmosphere.
This restaurant is always reliably good - food service and ambience. One of my favourites.
Efficient service for pre theatre, essential to book. Lively spot with a good buzz and great feel about the place. Staff were on the ball & menu offers good choice for a quick bite.
Nice food but overall slow service. Had to ask for order to be taken. Had to ask twice for water and twice for our final bill.
very good value for money and excellent service during the evening. I would certainly recommend this to anybody and the fixed price menu is great value also.
As usual, excellent value for money. It would be nice if the staff served by your side instead of stretching over other people (as waiters used to be trained to do).
We eat here often as the whole experience is always perfect with attentive staff and the choices on all the menus makes it difficult to choose from
Arrived for the booking @ 8. Ordered 4 bottled beers, they were warm, mentioned it to the waitress, who said they had been busy. Wasn’t apologetic, but did get us an ice bucket to cool them off. We should of been pre-warned, not served the bottles and hope we don’t notice it !
Super busy which meant service was erratic. Glass of white wine was warm and there was no Badoit. Food was pretty good overall but the chaotic atmosphere off putting.
Always good quality food and brilliant service. We had booked for 6p.m. but arrived quite early but still we were found a nice table in the window. We enjoyed it very much.
Steaks are fantastic and the service is very very good
Service was prompt and friendly. Efficient waitress The tables are a little cramped but I guess London is short on space
I booked a table while on the train to Charing Cross via the Côte website. All ready when I arrived. Ordered straight away and the delicious Beef Bourguinon was ready within a few minutes with a nice glass of House red. What more could I have asked for?!
Excellent food as ever, and very attentive service, with a good sense of humour. A couple of glasses of first-class merlot added to the enjoyment. Highly recommended.
Good Food and good service as always, a very enjoyable experience
Wide choice of food at affordable prices, especially the set menus. always a good place to eat in central London before the theatre. Am a regular customer here over several years, never disappointed.
Very friendly welcome at the door and lovely service. The Prestige A la Carte was excellent value
Seated as soon as we arrived. The service was excellent. the menu was very good but i chose a monthly special the monk fish; very very good! Not too noisy but a large room

Arrived at a very busy pre theatre time, shown to our table efficiently and promptly, service was excellent, food was hot and prepared as directed. All for a fantastic price. Would throughly recommend.
Friendly and efficient service. Table a bit near serving doorway. Good steak nice and hot. Creme brulee was perfect . Would come again when we are on London.
I have eaten at Cote’s many times and it has never let me down., Friendly efficient staff, excellent food.. today was a Birthday and girl friend catch up.. had free Kir Royale drinks and a scummy Birthday dessert plus ice cream with a candle.. brought out by singing staff.. fabulous..
I eat at St Martin's Lane quite often. The staff are always friendly and efficient - Ivette who waited on us today deserves special commendation. Good food. Good value.
Excellent food and good service. Although it was busy service was swift and very good
Fabulous breakfast as usual. Very attentive and polite staff in what ever Cote you go in. Would highly recommend this one.
Really lovely restaurant. Waitress and all staff very welcoming and helpful. Food was lovely too. Would definitely return and spend more time next time. Thank you.
Good good. Excellent front of house and service. One of our regular favourite places to eat in London.
