Excellent,classy...exceptional food....good time to go at 5.30pm. The asparagus was to die for and the baguette beautiful presented. The staff happy and I could ve married any of the waitresses!

Fine as always, great service and superb value. I come from a place where they also know what good food is, however at a much higher price. My colleagues and I are totally into Cote. Never a glitch. This time I have a suggestion. To change from the eternal Sauvignon blanc we had a Macon Villages; not faulty but rather bland; in fact unbecoming to what we are used to at Cote. It can be removed from the wine list. That said, it is a minor critique; one can always find something and my suggestion does not diminish in any way the great value, good food and friendly service we are privileged to receive at Cote.

Efficient service despite being very busy. However both our steaks were a little cold as the waiter had to wait until a waitress was available to unload tray containing our meal

We Went for the 3 course pre-theatre menu which had a good choice and was served up very nicely. Staff were friendly and service was good.

we arrived at 5.30 and ordered at 5.40. The main course was not served till 6.40. We had to eat it hurriedly to get to theatre for 7.00. No apology. It's a restaurant in the heart of theatrerland and we were entertaining clients. Go figure out our frustration and dissapointmemt. lots of other options, never with you again.

Good food, good service (they very kindly replaced a starter after I had nocked a full wine glass onto it) and good value all round.

We were served fairly quickly for lunch as we needed to get to a theatre for a Saturday matinee. The restaurant was very busy and quite noisy, but that couldn't be helped. Food was very good, as always at Cote.

Food was good value but service was disappointing. It took a long time to order and despite asking for the newly advertised vegetarian menu 3 times, we were ever offered it. So there was only 1 hot vegetarian option- risotto which has been the only vegetarian option (apart from salads) for ever. If Cote is going to advertise a new vegetarian menu, then they should offer it.

Good food, very good service from our waitress, good prices. Very noisy, too many hard surfaces reflecting it back and forth. Back ground "musack" should be banded

We eat here regularly. The service and ambience is excellent. My only complaint is about the banal background music which I find totally unnecessary. There is something attractive about the sound of chatting in a restauarant and music has the effect of raising that level as diners are competing with it to be heard. It wasn't loud but very irritating.

It was, as expected very busy for pre theatre dinner, service was good at first and then slowed down, so we ended up rushing! We ordered the bill at the same time as the dessert; the bill came but the dessert didn't! We had to leave without our dessert. Not happy.

Very good food. Prompt service. Didn't realise how close our table was to the next table; this meant that the waiter had to pass me my dishes and wait for me to take them - hardly ideal.

We arrived for a pre theatre booking at 17:45 and were immediately seated. The Pre theatre meal is very good value. The restaurant filled up very quickly and although it seemed chaos everything was served like clockwork by the extremely hard working staff. The food was superb too. We will be back. Highly recommended!

Pre -Theatre looks good value based on my observation of other guests - went for the a la carte which though slightly more expensive was tasty and of the quantity required. Service good 66 wine well priced.

Ate here on a very busy Saturday after seeing a matinee. Despite being full to bursting the staff were great - friendly, professional and attentive. The food was as we are used to from cote, having eaten at other branches before - tasty and bivelt presented. We will definitely eat there again.

We had a lovely leisurely lunch in Cote St Martin's Lane. My friend used the set menu and I used the a la carte. We both thought the food was great and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. It's essential to book in advance as it's always busy at this Cote because it's in Theatre land! We've been before and will go back again.

great location, good food, quick service , which is what you need with a pre theatre menu. Only downside was when splitting the bill the waiter suggested £74 was half of £114... good try!!

Found the venue very noisy. Search for the quietest part of the restaurant only to then suffer a screaming child. Food was good however, as was the service.

Just returned from a delicious lunch at Cote St Martins. The food was delightful and the service First Class. Fortunately we were there at a "quiet" time and seated in an equally nice quiet corner. One of the current specials is Grilled Place and it was wonderful and recommended.
