We had a 35 minute wait before our food order was taken and our bill was overstated, as was the table next to ours. A very negative experience, where previously it has always been 1st class!
Lovely meal from a la carte menu. Duck Confit excellent as was the lamb rump. Very busy at lunch time but service still efficient and corteous
We had a wonderful meal and the staff were so attentive without being intrusive. Loved the dishes we chose from the March menu so much so we hope to return before the end of the month. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
Lovely place for breakfast or brunch. The Eggs Benedict was first class.
Always a good quality service standard and the dishes are always very authentic - well crafted and tasty! The Fish Parmentier is always good, basically very well made fish pie!
Wonderful visit today! Reminded us of when Cote first opened in Glasgow. Only visited twice in the last year and it both occasions were nice but unremarkable. Today Cote Glasgow was back to it's usual exceptional standards in terms of service, atmosphere and food quality.
Wonderful food,as always, and at reasonable prices. The wine choice is excellent and never disappoints. The service is charming. Some may find the subdued lighting challenging.
Fabulous choice of food cooked to perfection, friendly attentive staff but unfortunately the noise from the other diners spoiled what we had hoped would be a relaxing experience. Sadly this is something the staff can do little about, but I thought it was worth mentioning as it unfortunately did spoil our Cote experience
Great restaurant very comfortable setting - the food was very good and surprised how reasonably priced the restaurant was. Only downfall is they only do one cocktail of the month so not much selection but still not enough to keep us away - we will be back!
Very Nice-great service. Good Food. Nice Place. Would highly recommend
Once again, a delicious meal. Best creme caramel we've ever eaten.
Plenty of choice on the menu. Good and very patient service. The french onion soup was rich and very tasty. Vegetables could have been warmer. All four of us thought that it offered good value for money. We have been before and certainly wil come again.
Visited the restaurant last week, the food and service were fantastic. Will definitely go again.
Staff excellent ..food very good...we were entirely happ with our Cote experience. The dining room was busy at the point we arrived but the service was good humoured and very efficient.
One of the best brasseries in Glasgow in terms of good food, ambience and value for money. Vive la Cote Brasserie! Vive La France! Vive L'Ecosse!
As a food lover from France, I recommend this place. The food was authentic, delicious. Nice and relaxed ambiance. Good service with smiley waiters. Good value for money.
Breakfast deal is excellent value I had tea fresh orange and the French breakfast which is amazing. Excellent friendly staff. Will be back for breakfast again.
As always my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Staff were attentive, food was the usual top class standard.
Lovely meal. Our waitress Graciella is wonderful, and keeps us coming back. Such personal service and kindness! Its a great experience and really does remind me of a Paris Bistro. Except that the service is so much more positive than Paris.
The service at Cote on 31st March 2019 was excellent. Staff were friendly, professional but not too intrusive. Choice on the menu was extensive and beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend a visit to Cote.
As always excellent food and excellent service. Not been disappointed yet. Used the restaurant many times. Lots of nicely placed tables
Brilliant dining experience. We had eaten here before however our guests had not. They (and ourselves again) were very impressed. Not only with the friendliness of the Staff but with the overall atmosphere of Cote. The meals were superb from the starters to the desserts. We will be back at some point. Cheers!
A delightful meal. Bread was superb. Great choice of mains and sides which everyone enjoyed. Excellent creme brûlée and chocolate fondant which are so often disappointing. Waiting staff attentive and good humoured. Hope to return!
Lovely food from the Prestige menu washed down with a nice bottle of chilled white wine. Staff very friendly and attentive. A great venue to catch up with good friends
Absolutely five star!! From start to finish, food and service off the scale for our 15th wedding anniversary meal - everyone made us feel so special. Thanks so much Côte staff and also for our beautiful card and welcome champagne! We WILL be back thanks again for making our night the very best.
Another excellent meal at Côte. The service here is always attentive. To be greeted personally by smiling staff who have worked here for years adds to the sense of this establishment bring a real ‘local’. The Crab Bisque was superb!
Good quality food in pleasant surroundings. Good choice of dishes with pleasant and efficient staff. Will look forward to our next visit in the near future.
Delicious food , great menu , excellent service and fab atmosphere ! Visited for the first time tonight with gift vouchers given as a birthday gift and will definitely be back !
Lovely restaurant, friendly staff and food was excellent. All round very good value for money and I’ll certainly be back again. Impressed by the house wine also!
Went to Côte for a lunch with my friend. It never disappoints. Great service and food. Always have the chargrilled chicken and creme brûlée. Can’t beat it.
Husband was a bit upset that his choice of main was not available on Prestige menu as he loves the Calamari starter. Ended up having to pay for this from a la carte and then have a dessert from other menu, which made it more costly.
As always, the food and atmosphere was absolutely great. The service was fantastic, particularly as there was small mix up with the starters order, but this was very quickly remedied with no fuss and to our delight we were offered the spare starter as a sharing plate in the middle - excellent customer service.
Excellent food and service, but the only minus...the music was far too loud.
Good friendly service for brunch today. Excellent coffee, eggs a little overdone on the eggs Benedict but otherwise a great experience. The Formule breakfast deal is good value at £10.50 inc hot breakfast, coffee and juice.
Business lunch with business guest with gluten-free requirements; great choice on gluten-free menu, fantastic meal, top quality food and excellent service. My guest has now booked dinner for a special occasion with a family member. Would definitely recommend for business or family/friends. Ross
Our waitress was so grumpy spoilt the experience completely. It was our daughters 21st, we told her she didn’t acknowledge it all, very dissapointing. Shame
As good as usual. Only observation-my plate was cold and the sauce, which was thinly spread on the plate was cold.
Disappointing food . First ever poor meal . Over cooked steak and almost cold . Stodgy risotto and not cheap at £45 for 2 poor mains , 1 starter and 3 soft drinks .
Good service . Chicken a bit dry. We were 10. One main course several minutes after others. Staff very good
Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The menu gave a good choice of French fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. We didn’t have a dessert but I wished I’d had room for a creme caramel! The food was of good quality and tasted delicious. The service was friendly and efficient and we weren’t rushed. Will definitely be back!
We were waited upon by 4 different people (sometimes felt rudely interrupted) nd one young waiter was particularly dour; she struggled to communicate effectively. My request to have vegetables instead of chips seemed too problematic. I ended up with a main with chips and large leafed watercress! Not a great dining experience.
One tiny thought. Would it be possible to serve small pieces of tablet or tiny cookies with the coffees? Otherwise lunch today was excellent and my Canadian visitors thoroughly enjoyed it.
Enjoyable, well cooked food and a good variety of choice. Also good value.
I have visited this restaurant twice and on both occasions the food was lovely and the pre theatre menu is very reasonable. However, the service each time was very slow and this would put me off returning.
We had an excellent lunch thus afternoon. Very friendly staff, well mannered! Lovely food which was piping hot and beautifully served. Very nice relaxed atmosphere too Would definitely go back again
We both thoroughly enjoyed the food and we appreciated the complimentary cocktail, which was delicious and refreshing. Thanks to Graciella for her attention and kindness. Its a pleasure to be served by her.
In the main the food and service was excellent; however the Beef main was slightly disappointing ... The Beef portion was small and lacked Beef itself although it was well cooked and presented
Excellent as always. My first time at Cote Glasgow but entirely consistent with our local one in Bath and others I've been to. Food is always good. Our waitress (with the statement glasses) was charming.
Absolutely excellent couldn’t fault it in terms of quality, service and value for money.
Breakfast was excellent, staff, food and service. Been several times now and evening meal was just ok this time. Obviously run out of flutes for the bubbly which was a bit weird being served in inappropriate glasses. Table was awkward. Unlikely to return again
