Côte Hampstead

Great food and service. We had a lovely table by the window and a very enjoyable Mother's Day lunch. Certainly looking forward to going back.

They gave me a great service. I asked a specific request of a table and they did it. Over all it was a great dinner and experience. One thing was they did not ask me about the deserts request I should have talked to them. Then when I asked the bill, they came back and said happy birthday and told us they deducted the desert for her which I think they could have done better.

The front of house manager and our waiter could not have been more charming or helpful. The food is not fine dining but is good and excellent value for money. We shall definitely be going again.

A great experience as ever at Cote. Friendly, helpful staff and lovely food. They were very accommodating of our baby as usual. We will be back.

We had a good table upstairs last Sunday night. The restaurant was busy and there is a nice atmosphere. Wine was lovely but one of our steaks was over-cooked although it was replaced quickly and without fuss. The salad and vegetable portions were small. The staff are friendly and efficient and we will definitely go again.

Helpful and friendly staff...it was Mothers Day and so it was extremely busy. It all was a very pleasant experience and the MD Brunch menu was very good value

My group had a nice time. We went for the March special 2 course meals and the varied starters and mains were really was good

Our reservation had been lost but the manager managed to seat us. Service was slow as it was very busy- it was mothering Sunday so there were lots of guests. Food was very tasty.

A lovely meal beautifully served. The staff are all great and the atmosphere perfect. Excellent value for money too. Its good that thr service tip is included

Great staff. Good menu selection. Our meals were delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant was very busy which meant service was slightly slow, but the staff kept us updated on timings and we enjoyed the evening.

Poor service on Mother's Day. The food came at different times in our party meaning some had finished their food before others had Started. When the food eventually came they weren't hot either

Lovely meal & good service as always. The staff are are very helpful, I had a problem with my main course & it was replaced very quickly.

Went on mothers day at lunch time and was overall pleased. Ordered a main meal and it took quite a long time to come (45 mins), the place was busy but not full yet. One portion of fish was well cooked but the other slightly underdone which was fixed quickly but not ideal. The table next to us seemed to be having issues as their starters were taking a long time and one was served about 10 minutes before the others which is a rookie mistake in a restaurant. Overall good but maybe there are chefs and/or waiting staff that are quite new and need training.

Lovely food, sadly service was sadly lacking tonight! Waited for drinks waited for food, waiting for plates to be cleared away. Especially when you are charged £23 in service charge for a meal for four.

The food was very good. We had a lovely friendly helpful waitress which helped make the overall experience very good. The Restuatant has a nice atmosphere and lots of room between tables. I shall be returning.

Good food well presented and value for money. The staff were very friendly and efficient. All in all a great day out enjoyed by all.

we had a lovely welcome at Cote. I was a bit early and my companion a bit late but we were well looked after and not rushed. an enjoyable experience

We chose to change tables as we were in the way of the waiters and getting one of the guests' chairs bumped. We were then able to relax and enjoy the usual high quality dishes. We all chose different items off the menu and all enjoyed our choices. Our only moan was that the portion sizes seemed smaller than other Cote restaurants. Delicious food as per usual. Thank you.

Lovely food and atmosphere. Staff were also very accommodating in cooking something not on the menu for our baby boy. It's always very busy so a little cramped but still a lovely meal.

Cote is always brilliant - but had the specials on our visit to Hampstead and both were fantastic. Service as always fantastic. Lovely birthday treat of a Kir Royale too.

My wife and I always enjoy going to Cote Hampstead The staff are hard working and lovely We are never disappointed by the food and service The portions are just right and the bill does not break the bank

We celebrated my parents wedding anniversary at Cote Hampstead. The food and wine were fantastic and the staff was wonderful and helpful. The lovely ladies at reception went out of their way and presented flowers to my parents, such a very nice and unexpected gesture! Highly recommended. We are locals and will definitely visit more often.

Good food. Inattentive service. First visit from waiter was to take entire order rather than start with drinks. Forgot water, returned rarely to check on us. Never returned after entrees were brought - eventually bill was brought by a manager.

Food was fabulous, however our waiter made us feel rushed as we were hurried out just as we had finished our desert. Furthermore, our experience at cote got even worse as another customer on the table next to us had clearly been drinking too much and kept interrupting me and my girlfriends conversations as he kept trying to talk to us, this made me and me and my girlfriend feel extremely uncomfortable. This made us feel rather upset as we are used to such high standards from cote.

to cotes the greeting was great, the service was excelant is as good as the previous one. food was very good . every visit to cotes in hampstead is a pleasure Js

Great ambience and service and food was lovely and very reasonably priced. Would definitely go back! Would advise booking as busy and I noticed people were turned away as fully booked

Food was great service was Oki the didn't take the order properly so we had to wait another 20 minutes until they completed the order

Unusually on this occasion, service was exceedingly slow, The fish soup - one of the specials of the Month ordered by both guests was cold and had to be sent back.

I love Cote Brasserie, for a chain, it's a cut above most restaurant chains, the service is superb and the food rarely fails. I like thier monthly menu which adds something fresh and seasonly to their a la carte.

Consistent with regard to food quality and service - both being good. No surprises as one knows exactly what one is getting. Value especially good for Hampstead .

Good meal. There was a rather long wait initially before our order was taken, but after we pointed that out the waitress (who was not at fault as they simply did not have enough staff on duty for the eRly evening rush) apologised and made successful efforts to expedite service from that point on. A good restaurant with an extensive menu and a commitment to looking after customers.

I love this restaurant, everything is fresh,tasty. Was very happy with a service today and of course with the food! Will be back soon !
