Excellent experience, very friendly staff and service prompt. Food piping hot and tasty.

Delighted to be back at Cote, Hampstead. Food as delicious as ever and careful, friendly service, paying full regard to COVID-19 precautions. Felt very safe and lovely to have a nice meal, cooked by someone else for a change!!

Female manager very welcoming. Would like to see more Hand Sanitizers. Did not notice any, although probably some in situ. As you said, reduced menu for mains, disappointed no duck which I love, but steak excellent. First indoor eating in 4 months, much prefer outside eating because of virus. Can you not open windows upstairs?

I booked the minute I knew my Hampstead branch was open. I have been ordering Cote at home since my discharge from intensive care ( 3 weeks end of March ) my recovery is slow but I was determined to celebrate my first dinner out by going back to Cote in Hampstead. It was like seeing family again. Such a great team. Lovely Manager, superb food and sublime service ( from my favourite waiter ) Thank you so much for a lovely evening ! My friend and I were as delighted to be able to return to Cote as the staff seemed to be to see us. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and very (but not overly) attentive. As always, we greatly enjoyed our food and wine.

Delicious food. Good portions. Loved the warm goat cheese starter. Our Cote favourite, the creme Caramel didnt disappoint at all. Glad to be back after the lockdown.

After 4 months of closure we booked a table on opening night! It was spacious very clean and safety measures in place were excellent! Although there is a limited menu choice at the moment there were still plenty of options to chose from! My husband ordered the fillet steak and I ordered the sirloin. Both Were beautifully tender and melt in the mouth ! Compliments to the chef! The staff were efficient, happy and polite (you were truly amazing guys) despite the circumstance they are working in due to COVID! We live in Hertfordshire and always drive to Hampstead Cote as our go to restaurant ! Definitely worth a visit for anyone longing for that french holiday feeling and wanting a little taste of France !!!

It was so very lovely to be back in Côte Hampstead. My 88 yr old mother, sister, stepmother & I were so looking forward to this, and it did not disappoint. It was wonderful to see the lovely staff we hadn’t seen for such a long time, and we bumped into old friends there. The service was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. For me, to choose from a menu, knowing I didn’t have to cook or wash up was especially joyful. It felt very safe and clean in there. We could not have been more happy with our experience. Thank you!

Food and service were excellent. All the staff were pleasant and smiling. We don’t usually do chain restaurants but this is an exception and couldn’t fault it.

Nice friendly welcome and good value for money. Staff were attentive despite the restaurant being busy. Ambience good and food served promptly with complimentary water.

Very busy but staff were on top of the situation and the food was as good as ever. Only suggestion is some acoustic advice, it was difficult to hear each other without shouting, never mind the waitress.

We enjoyed our meal very much which was no surprise as we are regulars here. HOWEVER when we left we were greeted with a parking ticket after parking in the High Street in the same area as I have done for the past 50 years. It seems that Camden Council do not want customers if local restaurants and bars to park in the evening. It seems the areas after 7pm are for loading and unloading which is bizarre as all the local shops are closed at that time. I suggest that your managers complain bitterly to the Council because you will lose a lot of business if you can’t park close by. And I know that is happening in so many high streets in London so it’s no surprise to see so many closed shops. I regret that I will not be able to visit here again - and every car along the road also received a ticket so I guess I will not be the only one

Breton fish stew. No mention on the menu of the huge bread-and-butter basket that comes with it. Why not?! It’s easily 50% of the fish and wasted on me as I don’t eat bread = wasted food

Love eating at Cote and have done so for more than 5 years. Dishes always consistent with good quality ingredients.

Great menu, superb quality food! Served fresh and hot, polite and welcoming waiting staff. Great atmosphere, lovely napkins! Would highly recommend for great quality and service. Lovely menu!

Good food at reasonable prices. Nice interior and premises, plenty of space between tables. Service friendly but a little inattentive at times

Lovely cooked breakfast. Nice fruit juice and good coffee. Only criticisms were that food could have been hotter and my husband’s poached eggs were overcooked. Service was very good and staff were all very friendly.

We had a terrible meal and service the Hampstead branch today. So much for taking our mother out for a nice lunch. It started off by being told that they had to check with the chef if we could have a soup that was on the mother’s day menu and a main from the al a carte menu. We had to ask for our drinks that we ordered about three times. When the soup arrived it was cold, when a fresh bowl came to us we had no spoons. Now onto the main course, my meal turned up cold, another meal was wrong, another dish that was for a vegetarian turned up with bacon bits in it and another dish turned up when everyone had nearly finished. This was an extremely stressful awful meal and I will not be returning to this restaurant again. They had the cheek to put service on the bill, as if we would pay for that. Money was taken off but that is not the point. A day out that was meant to be special for my mum turned out to be a nightmare. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

The crab bisque was not edible and I had to send it back. The service was shambles until the very nice manager intervened. A Uber car was arranged at no cost to us.

Great service and delicious brunch! We went for a pre-Mothers’ day brunch and had 3 vegetarian breakfast dishes and an eggs royale as part of the formule offer. Great value for a cooked breakfast with a juice and perfect caffetiere. The eggs were perfectly poached on all plates and the hollandaise very well made!

All four of the guests very much enjoyed our meal at the COTE restaurant, and the service provided by the waitress was excellent. We are all very happy. Thankyou RP

As usual, warm welcome from Reception and v pleasant staff. We got a free Cocktail which was appreciated but did not like the mix! don't think gin goes with sparkling wine! Usually your Cocktails are excellent. Food v good and we had a lovely evening.

Cote Brasserie never lets me or my guests down. The food is not only delicious but also reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Yet again - Such an enjoyable dining experience! My friend and I have become firm regulars. Great food and attentive smiling staff. A delight!! I’d highly recommend !

We have been to Cote in Hampstead a few times in the past month, and each time were very happy. The menu is wide and varied (there is a separate vegetarian menu, on demand), food really tasty and nicely presented, staff friendly and smiling, and it's a nice ambience in the restaurant - buzzy but not too noisy.

The whole experience was excellent. The food was delicious and the staff were fantastic.

The waitress was really lovely and we loved the rhubarb martini, thank you very much. Brunch was great, quick service, friendly staff. We sat in a quiet corner but generally noise level can be quite loud.

Took a long time to take our order Service was slow which was unusual Had booked with anniversary offer of complimentary kir royale as it was my Birthday but these were added to the bill. Removed when pointed out Felt the restaurant was off its usual game. Duck slightly over cooked. Jaded experience

Very crowded as Mother’s Day meal, to be expected. But ordered lamb with potatoes and veg, no potatoes arrived. When asked, they ya drunk out of potatoes which is why they weren’t on the plate. ?? Had to wait until we finished the meal to receive complimentary fries. Food overall was lovely. Noisy atmosphere and tables close to each other. Manager was very professional and our waitress was lovely.
