An excellent menu with a comprehensive variety of dishes. Good to experience a full French menu. Service was impeccable and the staff could not have been more attentive and amenable to every small wish. A totally satisfying experience bringing together good food and the professionalism of the staff group.

Aside the wonderful décor, Beautiful food and excellent service. These are the reasons why we keep coming back.

First time back after lockdown we enjoyed every minute staff were just as lovely as always so meticulous we felt very relaxed food was amazing but the staff make the experience more memorable so friendly and professional and I got a Provençal sauce to bring home to have tomorrow looking forward to next visit Hopefully not to long hugs to you all

Always enjoy the food at Cote. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Shame it wasn't as busy as normal due to covid restrictions but I hope it stays open. To quote Arnie. 'Il be back'!!

We visited the Newcastle restaurant for our 30th wedding anniversary at 7.15pm on 29/9 we were the last people to enter the restaurant that evening and I can only describe it as speed eating! It was obvious that with the 10pm closure they wanted us out as soon as possible to let them finish early. The tables around us were being cleared while we ate and one plate was removed and the next course was delivered with not even a couple of minutes break. Hardly the relaxing anniversary meal we had planned! The food was good as normal but we ended the evening taking Rennie and the experience was not enjoyable. We have visited Cote in Glasgow for many years and have never experienced anything like that - very disappointing.

Excellent food and service, the onion soup and fish stew were particularly good

Great steak frites, served with a parsley butter. Plus the best salad I’ve ever had in Newcastle. Pure green salad with a Terrific simple shallot dressing so good I could almost forego the frites. Extremely lemony tarte au Citron, we could almost be in France.

We are always surprised that 'Côte' is part of a chain... because the care, experience and superior food are more akin to a traditional family-owned restaurant. The passion for the food from the staff, the ambience - is always first class. We are huge fans, having visiting now 3, including Tower bridge - London and Harrogate... Wonderful!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating and were applying covid safety. There were a few menu things unavailable but it was a Monday night.The food was good and we had v enjoyable experience

Excellent food and service. My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary but we'll definitely be coming back. Many thanks to the waiter that allowed us to switch table, due to the photographer outside, despite table cleaning regulations.

We had the most wonderful meal at Cote Newcastle. My parents and I enjoyed 3 courses and a bottle of wine plus the delicious complimentary rhubarb cocktails with the most fantastic service from the staff. The food was delicious, service outstanding and all round experience was great as always.
