Had to wait too long for our meal to be served! Not as good as previous experiences and don’t understand why as not too busy either and we booked!

Food and service were excellent and definitely an higher standard food wise and our waiter Matteo was extremely efficient

What should’ve been a great experience was marred by the fact that there were only two vegetarian options in your mains and they both contained goats cheese. I don’t eat goats cheese and none of the staff including the manager were able to offer any alternatives. I had to choose sides to have for my main course. In 2020 there should be more than two options on your menu. There was also only two vegetarian starter options, one of which also contains goats cheese. If I was vegan it would’ve been even more limiting and the only option would’ve been chips. This is not really acceptable. My six star rating for the food is not for the menu but for the food that I received

I and my friends are regulars at the St Christopher's Place Côte and various other branches, and, as usual, we enjoyed out visit and are especially pleased that you are back in action, The food was enjoyable and the service as excellent as before, We will, of course, be back.

Excellent as always! However family were disappointed, as were a few of our fellow, diners, the lovely lunch menu you use to do wasn’t available. Appreciate we are working/living is unusual times!

I found a small beetle on our bread, which I showed to the manager and he tried to make excuses. I have some photos if you want to see them. Also the burger was so overcooked that it was the driest thing I have ever eaten. I left most of it. Again you can check with the staff. Overall a very poor experience, and they put 12.5% service charge on the bill, which I did not pay.

This was one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable & professional, the menu choice amazing & the food spectacular! If we lived locally we’d be regulars here!

Another delicious lunch with delightful service. The Fish Parmentier was scrumptious - perfectly seasoned & generously filled. My companion said that the Lamb chops were excellent & the Rhubarb Martini she tried was wonderful. Staff as always attentive but not overly so - the perfect place to catch up with friends over a good meal if only the noise level could be managed - such a shame as this is the only downside of the restaurant. Still, soon it will be warm enough to eat outside & the internal noise level won't matter.

All the staff were great - very accommodating with it being a belated mother's day celebration. We go every few months or so and will continue to do so.

As I am a Coeliac, Cote is always my go to restaurant. I know I will be able to eat ‘safely ‘ here. The food is always superb. I have never had a bad meal or experience there. I am currently working my way around the menu. I loved the wine pairing on the Valentines Menu. Thank you Cote for the care you take.

Had a very enjoyable meal here - 4 of us. Upon arrival at the restaurant it transpired I had booked the Marylebone restaurant instead of St Christopher’s but the waiter/maitre d who greeted us was extremely efficient and immediately found us a (very nice) table - it was not a problem. He also offered to let the other restaurant know the mistake. All the staff were very good and the food was excellent too.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. 6 stars is not enough. Excellent food, very friendly staff, they made our evening even more special by signing Happy Birthday to our friend and giving her a chocolate fondant with a candle. Such a nice touch. We highly recommend Côte Brasserie. The whole evening was just perfect. Thank you so much

My daughter and I had lunch and redeemed the very generous free bottle of wine as I had just signed up to Cote. The chicken dish was very well cooked but we had to send the rib eye steak back as it was cooked rare and not medium rare as requested, we waited for 15 minutes and it arrived cooked as we had asked for. It did mean that our lunch took longer than we had expected but that was ok as we had the wine to drink. I had requested a glass of ice to accompany the wine as we prefer it very cold. We had finished the ice and I asked for some more as we had 1 glass of wine each left to drink. When I put the ice in our drinks , I noticed that the glass containing the ice had some dried food on the inside and the outside. I flagged this up to the manager and said that we couldn't drink the wine, so he apologised and said he would give us a glass of wine each and would investigate the matter as it was a serious thing to have happened. When I asked for the bill, I noticed that we had still been charged for 1 steak and 1 chicken, I would have expected the meal to have comped as this was a hygiene issue and I was concerned either of us could fall ill . We paid and went to the loo and on our way out I spoke to the manager and said I was disappointed we had not had anything taken off my bill by way of a goodwill gesture. His colleague (perhaps another manager) said that we had the free bottle of wine(but this was free as a promotion anyway). The two glasses of wine that replaced our ones were like for like. We were billed for 2 rib eye and 1 was taken off, so in fact we paid for everything as we would have if everything had been ok with the meal. I said that I would be making a complaint via the website and it was at this point that the manager asked what I wanted, so I said I wanted a refund, which he gave me in cash but the whole experience left my daughter and I rather upset and we shall not be returning to this restaurant again.

Always love this restaurant, never fails to disappoint! Service and food were great and reasonably priced which is hard to find in central London. Will be back!

I am a regular and never had a bad experience!!! The food is always great and the service is very friendly they make me feel at home! I have visited other branches and st Christopher's place is far the best!!! That's why i keep coming back! Great atmosphere the place is always buzzing and even at the busiest time the quality of the service is always on point!

We had great service from very amiable serving staff a great crab bisque we both ordered hake wrapped in bacon unfortunately it was not the best the fish inside the wrap was dry and rather tasteless very little taste of bacon . We were given back £11.90 ,we use Côte a lot and recommend it to friends would rather not have to complain and it is a first.

Two out of three enjoyed their food. My salmon was very good but veg very al dente. Would have preferred slightly more cooking. Our biggest problem was noise. Usually we are a party of six so unless we can sit in one of 8 seater booths we will not use the restaurant which would be a shame.

Cracking service as usual from our go to lunch time establishment. My perfectly cooked sirloin steak with garlic butter along with a nice bottle of red is just what I need to make a Monday feel great!

Cote St Christopher's Place is always our first choice when visiting our Daughter in London. We are always made welcome and are never disappointed on every visit.

Friends that we made whilst travelling at the start of the year suggested Côte as the venue where we should meet again. It was a really, really good experience. There was a warm welcome from front of house on arrival. Questions on the menus (including the Gluten Free menu) were helpfully answered. The food was of good quality and both prepared and presented beautifully. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Each member of staff thanked us as we left at the end of our evening. All the above was particularly impressive given that the restaurant was busy. My wife and I don’t know why it took so long for us to make this our first visit but we shall definitely return soon!

Very helpful staff I’m dairy and lactose intolerant. It was noted and the staff were very aware. Can’t fault the restaurant apart from the noise level.
