Good value set menu. Efficient and friendly service. Light and spacious dining areas. Overall a good experience for a first visit to this Welwyn Garden City branch.

Had a lovely evening, food was delicious and service exemplary. The birthday "cake" was a lovely surprise as well, very thoughtful. Friends were suitably impressed we will all be back soon

Excellent meal we all enjoyed our meal, the portions don't look big but have superb taste. Quality over quantity always wins. Cote is always busy and the food is very consistent, when we had a meal that was cold it was educated from our bill.

Excellent surroundings and delicious food. My plate was taken away before I had finished. Improvement would be good to be asked if I was finished.

Food and service were excellent. There was a feeling of quality and care in the presentation and the Breton Fish Stew was cooked to perfection. Really classy and not overpriced.

We enjoyed the excellent value set menu on Bank holiday Monday. All three courses were very good including English asparagus & seabass. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Great food, good atmosphere, reasonably priced. Only criticism is there is nowhere to wait whist awaiting a table, you end up blocking the entrance. Would highly recommend.

Consistently good. Great venue and friendly and efficient staff. We visit this restaurant quite frequently and haven't been disappointed yet. Looking forward to the warm weather when we can take advantage of the great outdoor seating area as well.

Food was good, but service VERY slow. We had a starter, but it was an hour and a quarter after arriving before the main course was served. Shan't go on a Saturday again.

Good food but out of some items. The lamb came with a blue cheese butter which tainted the experience. Mains were slow but the dessert was quicker. Positive but noisy atmosphere.

A bit disappointed today 4 of us ordered porkbelly only 3 available 2 were lovely the other one was a half portion and burnt we ordered a second round of drinks and they never arrived we have been here on 3 other occasion and we have always been happy

Waiting services and meal excellent, in all respects. I needed to point out to the billing staff that I had booked quoting a voucher reference. This was rectified immediately.

Always good, honest food - hot plates are a bonus. Staff very attentive and charming. Red wine at the right temperature. The crème caramel is excellent. Plenty of space between tables and not noisy. At last. somewhere good in WGC.

Apart from the obviously 'lost' order, with commensurate delay (offset by your Manegr kindly giving a discount) the standard of cooking left much to be desired. The Fried Tomato - wasn't - they were rock hard, the Bacon was only just about cooked, and very watery, and the Fried Eggs were only just about done (uncooked albumen was still obvious) All in all - POOR and we are unlikely to book again.

this is the third time I have been here and it far by the best place I've ever eaten , the staff are so welcoming and polite. The food is top quality and is so delicious . 100% will be going back there regular . please go you won't be disappointed

It was the fIrst time I had visited a Cote Brasserie & will definitely be returning. The food & customer service at the branch in Welwyn Garden City was very good. I can recommend the fish main courses, which were delicious & full of flavour. There is a wide choice on the menu, so plenty to work my way through.

It was my first time at Cotes and the service was great and the food was lovely too. I was also very impressed that they had a separate menu for vegetarians,. Which was amazing for me to see I had a choice to pick from, this hardly ever happens. Thank you

Every thing was good except for my wife's minute steak from the fixed price menu , which had too much pepper. We complained and she was given another steak with no pepper. This was excellent so very happy.min future when ordering we will say "no pepper please"

Service excellent. Scallops & fish stew excellent. Sea Bass a little dry. Wasn't too keen on the sauce. A bit creamy for me. Glasses of Sauv Blanc vg. Booked again for next week !

Have visited Côte on numerous and enjoy trying different dishes.The staff are friendly and the ambience is pleasant. Will be sitting outside in the good weather.

The food was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient, but you had runout of your house rose. We had your last 2 bottles of house white,which was good but it was your last 2. The next wine delivery will be in 2 days time!

Gluten free menu available and no fuss made. Manager very knowledgeable so feel confident ordering and will return. A delicious breakfast in a lovely setting.

The restaurant was remarkably quiet, which was good as we could hear each other speak very easily. Our food was delicious and service very pleasant. The only small and bsurprising thing that we have noticed before is that it is difficult to catch anyone's eye when we want to pay at the end.

Food was good but they forgot child's meal so he filled himself up on our chips and by the time the child's meal came out he didn't want it. Service was very slow. Had to wait 20 minutes for ice cream and child was becoming fractious. Had to wait another 15 for latte glasses as they had run out of clean glasses. Obviously not geared towards young children as no kiddies squash etc. .

The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive and the food was good. Nice atmosphere inside and I imagine when the weather is better it would be nice to sit outside.

Service was great, lovely staff and good venue, but thought the food quality did not match the price, expensive for what it was and won't be going back.

The Breakfast formule was delicious and generous - the addition of a sliced avocado was a nice touch. The Staff were very attentive and friendly. The Brasserie is light and airy with a good atmosphere.
