Great service and food was delicious. The waiter was very helpful and nothing was too much bother for him. The atmosphere is also very good and our friends enjoyed it very much.

Great restaurant with charming staff, good food, nice location overlooking Parkway, with the open wall of bifold doors being a real bonus on a hot evening.

We love this place and go once a week! Mussels and fries are great , complimentary Kir Royals on your Birthday .. what's not to like.. great food fab service!

Food was very good but expensive for what it was. I am not in favour of so-called optional service charges of 12.5% which puts customers under pressure to accept that % rather than leave a discretionary tip. The free "rewards member" bottle of wine was very nice but was charged on the first bill and had to be deducted on request, albeit without any argument.

Nice food in pleasant restaurant: we had booked our table for 7 pm. Having arrived at 6:50 pm, we were offered the early evening set menu which was very reasonable. The roasted sea bass was beautifully cooked and the portion, on the small side, was ideal for us. The desserts were also very good. On this hot summery evening, it was lovely to sit opposite the open partitions but we were far enough from the outdoor smokers not to have our meal affected by them. As expected on a Friday evening, the restaurant was very busy so the staff, all very friendly, were rushed off their feet and it was not always easy to get their attention. The management should probably have had more staff on duty.

Cote Brassiere is a very nice restaurant with friendly staff. Is is especially good value for money if you go to their 'early bird' slots between 12-7pm on WEEKDAYS.

Us 8 Ladies celebrating a Birthday ,were well looked after thank you.Got the table we wanted ,downstairs,near open window . Made the most of 3 course early evening menu which was delicious and very good value.

Excellent value set menu. Main course fish very good however chicken rather dry. Staff apologetic and complementary dessert offered. Desserts delicious especially the creme caramel.

Our favourite restaurant in Welwyn Garden City. Food is lovely, very buzzy atmosphere on busy Fri\Sat evenings, although managed to also provide a romantic atmosphere for those special date nights. Recently had breakfast here as well,.as our previous visits had been for dinner, and it was equally delicious. Staff very polite and attentative and, if you are a returning customer, they remember you which makes you feel welcome and valued.

Service excellent. Choice of music good, subtle and unobtrusive. Dessert special (Strawberry Chantilly crepe) lovely, but could have done with more strawberries - overpriced. Asparagus overcooked, perhaps had been waiting a while, as had the new potatoes. Requested table had been given to other diners - but we did arrive 10 minutes before the booking time. Lamb rump cooked to perfection, veal escalope and half chicken both well received.

Arrived at the restaurant early and was met by staff enthusiastically and shown to a very nice table. Service and food excellent. First time I have been to this restaurant and will certainly go again. Staff were very pleasent.

Very friendly waitress, very attentive. Ordered 2 Formule but unfortunately had to return 1 owing to almost liquid scrambled eggs! That said the matter was dealt with very quickly and professionally with the manager apologising and offering extras while waiting for the breakfast to be recooked. 2nd attempt was delightful. A very relaxing way to spend an hour on a sunny day with the front windows opened out!

Service slowed during the evening as the restaurant got busy - probably slightly under staffed. Menu selection was poor for a fat free vegetarian. My wife sometimes goes vegan which would have been impossible. Otherwise a good evening and we liked the surroundings.

Our visit to Côte Brasserie WGC was amazing, everything was absolutely perfect from the food and the service, to the friendly staff and wonderful ambience sitting next to a large front window that was open on a glorious sunny day. We will certainly be back.

The staff were very friendly though I was told they did cocktails when they didn't and it was my daughters 18th so she was a bit disappointed. Thought the food was nice not exceptional.

Two and a half hours to get served (1 hour for dinner to come out and 45 mins for dessert, had to ask for water and bill and to pay, not good service

Lovely food, good service, reasonable price! I've been to this restaurant on several occasions and haven't once been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is always good. Will certainly be visiting again.

We went there for my wife's birthday with our 2 daughters. Really buzzy atmosphere with friendly service. Tasty food at a really reasonable price. Will definitely visit again but was not particularly impressed with the optional gratuity of 12.5% being included in the final total. I obviously don't understand what optional means!!

we went on a Saturday night and as you imagine it was busy so there was a good atmosphere, however the service was ever so slow and because of this we probably wouldn't return.

Excellent meals for all six guests today. The whole experience enables family and friends to dine in lovely surroundings. The service was impeccable as always. Continue the good work.

We're regular visitors to Cote and on this occasion went with my sister, difficult to please brother-in-law and nephew. Four of us had the early evening menu which is great value and my nephew went for the a-la-carte. As always the service was excellent - the staff are really friendly and very professional. As soon as you arrive you're made to feel welcome. We did have one issue - unfortunately my brother-in-law's salad contained avocado that was hard and black. The waiter was informed and within seconds the manager arrived to apologise and said she would speak to the chef. All in all a very nice evening. Cote has become our favourite place to eat - in fact we're taking advantage of our free breakfast this morning and we're really looking forward to it.

Lovely Sunday lunch. Crab starter followed by slow cooked pork and lemon sorbet for dessert. Lovely, especially given my dairy free diet. Good service, well cooked food, nice atmosphere.

Restaurant is a pleasant setting and nice helpful staff. Everything looked really clean. Food was pretty good although the veggie sausages were not the best I've ever had. Quite expensive for what it is too.

Our main waitress was friendly, helpful and professional. The food was good and the general ambience. However a different waitress cleared away the main meal plates whilst I was still eating!

Early Evening menu, three courses, lovely, just what we were looking for. Delicious steak frites. Staff attentive and friendly - just right: there when we wanted them but not in-your-face. Our first visit after a long time saying "we should try it" so very pleased we finally did. We'll be back.

Good service but a few problems with the food, unclear descriptions and creme brulee was pretty much custard with a shell. Would go again but would probably order different things.
