Thank goodness Cote at WGC has finally opened - we have missed you!!! We had a lovely lunch and everything was perfect as expected. Our waiting staff were great and doing a very slick job despite a lot of new staff, new regulations etc. The food was just as hoped - very tasty and not overloaded with carbs or fat. The speed of service was just right too. The tables were well spaced out and we felt comfortable that we were not 'at risk' from neighbouring guests. Well done all at WGC!

Absolutely fantastic as always food was cooked to a high standard we needed to make adjustments to our booking and the manager was fantastic in accommodating our needs. Our waiter who i believe was called Andrew was absolutely amazing can’t fault him in anyway offered to replace the food my nephew had knocked on the floor tried his best when they had ran out of a specific juice. The only fault i had was that we were waiting over an hour for our meals and when we asked one of the managers he just disappeared and never came back so had to ask again which wasn’t nice but when the food did arrive it was lovely so a big shout out to the chefs who have probably not stopped all day :)

Very enjoyable with excellent service. I like small portiions so stayed with two starters. The rest of my family had a full course meal and enjoyed it. the waiter was very helpful in helping with the wine choice. If I had something to moan about it would be the noise in the restaurant.

Cote never lets us down, good food, excellent value for money and friendly staff who don’t rush you! We had 2 courses, soft drinks, coffee total bill including service £20 each. Normally we have a couple of bottles of wine and a cocktail but this time we were all driving.

We were warmly welcomed and served by a very friendly and helpful young waiter. Food was excellent and restaurant was ambient and comfortable. We shall return.

Our favourite restaurant did not disappoint. Consistently good food, service and ambience. The staff are attentive and professional. We had the French onion soup (delicious and filling) followed by excellent rib eye steaks with their signature thin chips.

It was busy as it was Valentine's Day but the food was still delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed all the courses of our meal. The team though busy were very attentive. Thanks for a great evening!

Breakfast today was really tasty but the eggs florentine for a hot dish were a bit cold. Service was fantastic. Had dinner last week and the swordfish was the best ever!!

We love cote and our son loves the salami sausage so this is where he chose to go for dinner on his 6th birthday. We did have to wait a very long time for our starters but the manager offered a discount for this which was appreciated. Only thing that would have been nice is a happy birthday written on the plate of my sons pudding. I do think this is a nice touch in restaurants.

Great time at Cote Welwyn tonight. As always the food was perfect, they brought out the meal for our hungry little tot very quickly and we enjoyed it so much that we made another booking for tomorrow:)

We liked the interior decor, the quality cutlery and crockery and glassware. Also on the plus side was friendly staff, quality food at a reasonable price and reasonable waiting time. All together it made for an enjoyable evening for a couple with no kids. The only downside was the noise level, but that is entirely down to fact, that on a Sat night, it was full,when we arrived for dinner (8pm). After 9pm it was really pleasant and enjoyable again. Will revisit again in near future.

Food was amazing, so delicious. We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here and will definitely be back again. The service was brilliant and we were so happy with everything on offer this evening. Such a great location for a special evening.

We chose from the fixed price menu excellent asparagus soup followed by sea bream & shepherds pie. Both very good, staff as always friendly & efficient.

We had a lovely lunch....but.....there were only 3 water glasses on our table and had to ask for another one. We ordered bread.....and had to ask for plates!! My gin and tonic arrived pre mixed....it was replaced! I do feel that having the bill arrive with the 12.5% gratuity included but optional quite offensive. It is up to the diner/diners to decide if and how much to leave.

The chateaubriand was amazing. Shame it’s a June special as we’d be there all the time. Must squeeze a few more in this month. Other than that, staff are lovely and ambience is just right.

Great location and venue. Helpful, pleasant efficient Manager and staff. Very quick service but food cold and toast overcooked. not as good at the food at Cote Harpenden.
