Food lovely good early menu great price. Nice place. Upstairs is nicer but ok Downstairs. Some staff better than others. Water jugs a nice touch just a bit bigger

The service provided by all the staff was excellent, in particular our main waiter Ethan who was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The food was superb, arguably the best meal, as a whole, I've ever had in over 30 years of dining out. Well done to everyone and please pass on my thanks to the chef and their kitchen team. You all looked after us brilliantly and contributed to a brilliant 60th birthday for my wife.

Delicious, generous food from set menu which is great value. Lovely to have the choice between 2 set menus at different prices. Difficult to beat for a 3 course lunch in Winchester. Thank you.

The steak was amazing, one of the best I’ve had, and the service was excellent. However even with a free cocktail it was pretty expensive. All in all, recommended though.

Met a colleague at the Winchester restaurant for a working breakfast, great city centre location, choice of food, service and ambience, Coffee was excellent too, a lovely way to start the day, I will definitely go back.

Great food and friendly staff. It would be helpful if staff could check with the kitchen and let people know at the start which items are unavailable on the menu. We chose 2 unavailable dishes!! However there was plenty of choice, so we easily found an alternative. We will definitely return.

Cheerful and welcoming staff, good food, reasonably priced, nice atmosphere. A big shout out for the manageress - a sassy, smiling and friendly lady, with very good customer service.

Great choice for people looking for gluten free food- one of the most varied and largest choice I have seen in a chain restaurant. Couldn't fault the food in any way it was delicious and good quality. Atmosphere was a little lacking but it was a Sunday evening so we expected places to be quiet. Would definitely recommend!

It’s an ok place with cheerful staff but the food was just ok and it was hard to see why a steak frites with a small portion of underdone chips and not even a wisp of salad justified an extra two pounds on the bill. The salt cod croquettes as a starter were hot and crisp but mostly potato. Hard to taste the fish. Very small amount of water supplied as well. However we had a quiet corner and nobody hurried us so we were able to catch up in comfort, which was the object of the outing.

Amazing service, good quality food and pleasant surroundings. The staff are exceptional and very accommodating. I would reccomend this particular reastairant - I’ve been to many Côte but this must be one of the finest

Kir Royale wasn't vey royal at all. Tasted of nothing. The meal too, completely bland and not very french. Very overpriced I felt. Will think twice next time.

Nice food (although could have been warmer). Restaurant was very cold - we were half a degree from having to wear our coats. Didn’t like the automatic addition of 12.5% service charge. Put me right off and consequently didn’t leave a tip at all on principle. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend the restaurant with caveats

The service was amazing and the food tasted great, overall a great experience. The Mother’s Day menu was great and the atmosphere was brilliant too. Very pleased with the service received.

We like Cote restaurants & Winchester has a really nice one. There were a couple of hiccups last night but the friendly efficient staff put it right. Had breakfast there yesterday also again very pleasant. Will definitely be back when we are this way again

Couldn’t fault our visit. Attentive, helpful staff (one of whom had a sense of humour when we asked for the vegetarian menu). Delicious food that was fresh tasting and beautiful to look at. A great glass of wine too. Attractive and comfortable, unpretentious surroundings and to make it even better, a good price. Definitely worth the drive -thank you

Really nice food and good service wilth polite staff. On criticism would be that the portion sizes were fairly small meaning I was still slightly hungry after we had left.

A warm welcome by friendly staff who are happy to deal with requests . Thoughtful towards elderly. The food is reliably good and arrives at table hot. Considerate towards allergies.

We were very disappointed with our visit to Côte in Winchester. It was my birthday and I was really looking forward to having a lovely brunch with my mum. When we sat down the waitress asked if we wanted a drink, I asked for an apple juice only to be told (very bluntly) that you didn’t have any. So I ordered a different drink and the waitress went off with our order. We then started looking at the menus, one of which was gluten free. Again this wasn’t as good as what we would have expected. So when the waitress eventually came back my mum asked a few questions about the gluten free menu, and the responses that she got were rude and blunt. The waitress just seemed like she really couldn’t be bothered and I don’t think you could have paid her to smile! We felt this just completely ruined our experience and decided in the end to just have our drinks and go elsewhere for our brunch. Really disappointing.

We enjoyed a Lovely breakfast with family and had a nice table in the window, The staff were very helpful and efficient. The breakfast is good value and very tasty.

Cote always delivers. There is a good range of dishes available of an always excellent quality. The various deals available mean you don’t have to spend a fortune either, although the main menu is not that expensive either. On this occasion, in Winchester, the service was excellent - as it always is - with no delays - with just the right atmosphere. If I looked for a criticism, then perhaps a wider range of desserts would be nice, but frankly I can usually find something from what is available. My experience in Cote Winchester means I will be back there again soon, and am happy to eat at any Cote Brasserie when the opportunity arises.

A very enjoyable lunch, good service and amiable pricing. The restaurant was very acceptable and not too crowded or noisy. Go there often and always have a good experience.

Good food, however poor service and no ice for an expensive gin cocktail..this could surely have been rectified using a bit of intuition. Loved my visit to Côte in Windsor, however, Winchester isn’t in the same league.

Good meal overall, although had to wait a long time for a child's meal that had been requested to be served with the other's starters. Manager apologised later and deducted cost from the bill. Lamb loin chops very good. Pork Belly good but crackling not crisp. Burger good, but bacon needed to be cooked more to be slightly crispy.

Another excellent breakfast in Cote! My Son and I enjoyed our meal, restaurant was quiet and staff were very attentive! Best to book if for a weekend!

The most wonderful meal to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The food was amazing and the service wonderful!

Lunchtime rendezvous at Côte, Winchester. Welcomed and shown to our reserved table. From there on, service was on the slow side. Never before have I had to ask for the complimentary tap water! Even once our order was taken it seemed ages for our starter to arrive. However on a positive note the food was good, though I did feel the my icrecream and chocolate sauce was considerably smaller than on previous occasions.

Sword fish was requested rare but arrived over cooked. How was this possible?? Normally I eat at Brasserie Blanc and I would think twice before eating here again.

Lovely evening with Super food There was errors with our drinks order and the manager dealt with it brilliantly and was very apologetic. We went with family and they all loved their meal Highly recommend
