Everything great but service too slow today. Easter Monday perhaps a busy time but it was a quite a long time time to get served once the rush happened.

Poor service, one of the meals was missing (starters and main). Food was good though and very apologetic waiting staff after missing starters, to then follow up with missing main was a little toomuch

Fab meal as always, friendly staff . The non serving staff had inappropriate clothing in my view. They should dress professional and not in short mini skirts and low tops. Change the dress code .

As usual from the minute we entered to the minute we left everything was great. I had a beautiful Fillet Steak cooked to perfection and succulent my wife enjoyed the Lamb Rump. For desert we both had the March Special of Crepe Grand Marnier which was fantastic and is my favourite desert. The staff are always very welcoming and attentive and look after our every need. Oh and we really enjoyed your special Gin and tonic and some lovely Merlot wine. All in all a great experience and we will see you again soon. Cheers.

We sat for a while before anyone took our order. Otherwise it was a nice breakfast and overall experience. Great value, great food, nice setting. Food came quickly. Difficult to find a shaded seat on a sunny day

Delicious food. Prompt, friendly, helpful service. We were sat by a window with a lovely view over the river, Windsor and the castle. A very pleasant experience.

Another wonderful evening celebrating a friend's birthday. From arrival to departure the atmosphere and ambiance were delightful. Sitting outside by the Thames Riverside with wonderful views of Windsor Castle in the distance was an extra treat. The reception and service were delivered with such warmth from Adel and Thomas who looked after us all evening. The food the wine and the complimentary cocktails were delightful. Wonderful evening! Thanks to the staff!

The food was good although they did not have all selections and failed to mention this until after I had selected my choice. We sat down stairs , only 4 other tables occupied for first hour then a very very large party arrived , the noise was terrible we could even talk across table the service deteriorated sustainability waited 20 mins for waiter/waitress, totally ruined the evening, the large party should have been put by themselves,,

Great food - we really like the Tuna Nicouse. Great waiter and also a super ambience. When it is could outside you should start a heater as the insulation is badaround the Doors to the terrasses.

Good place for dinner, some silent music will be good control of all talking people. Probably bad luck for me but I found a dirty menu with some hair on it. Food was tasty.

The food was delicious but the service was poor. Had friends visiting from out of the country and we wanted to have a view of Windsor Castle so I requested a table by the window in my reservation which was made weeks in advance. We were put in a corner table nowhere near a window. We asked for separate checks and our order came out at two different times about twenty minutes apart. The food on one plate had apparently been sitting under the heat source so it was completely dried up. No one warned us about the plate being really hot. My husband touched the plate and he really burned his hand! The waiter did not apologise for any of this but we were offered free drinks. This really didn’t make up for the poor service. Have been here before and it was good! Just wondering what happened?

Lovely brunch from an extensive menu. Food cooked well, served on time . The staff are always cheerful and observant. As for the setting it is very special looking over the Thames to the Windsor Castle. Thank you for a great experience.

Always get a welcome at Cote, Windsor. Escorted to table, and quickly offered the menus. The staff were very attentive, and friendly.

We had a good meal and food was tasty. However disappointed with the service today. We had to wait a long time and ask several times for sauces etc and also served by different waiters so didn't feel we got any personal attention. Not the service we are used to at Cote.

Cote has a considerable reputation for offering a consistently delicious gluten-free menu. Moreover, team Cote go out of their way to double-check ingredients any queried menu choices, & this brings confidence that all diners can relax to enjoy their very good food. Côte Windsor has a lovely location by the river & the restaurant is light & airy, with a relaxed loft-like vibe. No loud or irritating music, just the gentle murmur of conversation.

Impressive menu with plenty of choice. The food was very tasty and good value for money. Good choice of wine by the glass too. The staff were very attentive and overall the service was excellent.

I use yr restaurant on a monthly basis and decided to book Fathers day for my family, it was disappointing the food was cold, the service was very poor we nearly finished our lunch before the wine was served, not sure we will go back. The staff were not very interested when I mentioned the problems I did not want to make my family feel uncomfortable so we just left! NOT GOOD!!! Mrs A Constable

Chain restaurant.. chain standard service. Chain restaurant, front desk staff excellent, waiting staff not so, more like going thru the motions. Not Much customer focus. Food arrived very quickly, so obviously not cooked fresh! Very warm in restaurant, no windows or ventilation, seated in conservatory.

Food was of a good standard, ambiance and service were fine Will go again Waiting between courses could have been a bit less but an enjoyable dinner out
