We both said how lovely our experience was at Cote today. Extremely pleasant front of house manager & attentive waiters. Best belly of pork too

We nearly always come to Cote Brighton before heading over the road to the Dome. We always great food drinks and service. Perfect pre theatre restaurant!

Once again a fantastic experience!! They never fail to impress.... such lovely food and friendly staff. They certainly seem to have a winning formula. Long may they continue!

Great restaurant and good food but very busy and can be a bit noisy. Really enjoyed the set early evening menu and great value. Fresh asparagus and seabass were delicious.

When to Cote for my birthday meal, somewhere we hadn't been before. Service was fast and the friendly. Amazing food. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend. Will be coming back regularly.

Great food and service. Very pleased. The lunch menu was good value for money and was well presented as well as very tasty, but I do not agree with the 12/5% service charge added to the meal.

Food was good, as it always is! Perfect location for a meal before the theatre, service was quick but not hurried. The set menu has some great choices so I will be back soon.

Absolutely lovely place, took my Husband here for his birthday last weekend and I am so glad I did. The food looked and tasted amazing, the restaurant itself is beautiful and the staff were brilliant and really helpful even though we were only a small group. To top it off the prices are really good too, can't believe it has taken me so long to find this place. Extra brownie points for me. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic and friendly service, with complimentary kir royals on arrival. Vibrant yet intimate atmosphere with just right lighting for an evening meal. Food was gorgeous. Particularly recommend April menu's scallops as starter and perfectly cooked sea bass as main course. A great evening and a real treat!

Welcome was great and when we arrived and we were given a choice of tables. The service was good and the food excellent. We had to wait for one side order which didn't arrive at the beginning but this was soon rectified.

The restaurant was extremely busy at 6pm. Initially we found the service to be slower than we normally experience. We waited some time from being seated to actually being able to order a drink or food. Having ordered wine we waited much longer than arriving diners around us for the wine to arrive. Then, surprise the garlic bread arrived as a starter quickly followed by the main whilst we were still eating it. You can never fault the food here and it is always busy but tonight the service didn't meet expectations.

We had a lovely meal at Cote, Brighton. After turning up a little early, we were seated quickly. Our food was served within 20 minutes and my tuna steak was cooked perfectly. We will definitely return.

2/3 course pre theatre meal as good as ever. Creme caramel the best! Fast competent service and decent reasonable wine list. This is why we keep coming back!

The service and atmosphere were good. However the Food was only average. Also some of the dishes could have been a bit warmer. I'd go there again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Delicious food, really good value. Ok service, but a little slow at times. Overall, I would definitely return soon and would highly recommend a visit.

Hostess who showed us to our table was very welcoming & seated us with care. Waitress got our order wrong and brought wholemeal bread instead of white. She changed the bread when we brought it to her attention but only brought two slices instead of four. Eggs not cooked as requested. The bill was wrong & the waitress argued it was our fault because we didn't order everything at once. Bear this in mind if ordering the breakfast special.

As ever, the food was top notch and the service efficent and always with a smile at Côte even though the restaurant was still extremely busy when we arrived for our booking at 2.15 p.m.

Always such a good atmosphere, great staff, tasty food. Portions on the small side but with three courses ample enough to keep you satisfied. At 12.95 before 7 pm who could complain. Very enjoyable evening .thank you

Pre-theatre menu was great value, with tasty food. A bit slow though - they were very busy - so despite arriving promptly at 6.30, we were only just in time for our 8pm show after just 2 courses.

Excellent experience at Côte Brighton. There was a warm welcome at the door and we were quickly taken to our table. The food was at the usual high standard and the waiter was friendly and professional. Just a bit of a wait for drinks but overall a very pleasant evening.

Easy to book online. Promptly and efficiently looked after us on arrival, menus arrived snappily. Excellent, attentive staff throughout the evening. All plates were as tasty, it is a brasserie, not a Michelin starred place and everything was as good as expected, rather than trying to be a "creative new concept in blah......". Wines, by the glass, were creditably flavoursome samples of their types. Only quibble was that one desert arrived with ice cream, as opposed to the advertised crème fraiche, but this was not a disaster. More than happy to return.

The service is excellent along with the atmosphere, very relaxed and great surroundings. The food is fantastic particularly the duck breast and a great wine selection.

Great service, environment and food. The prices are reasonable and the staff are always quick and eager to help. I usually get the steak rapide, always delicious.

Welcoming and efficient with great food lovely way to spend a Sunday - Only issues are with booking as system seems to reset number to 2 evey time

Am afraid it was not a good experience - our waiter brought the wrong order to my friend - we had to eat at different times and then he broke a glass at our table ! :-(

As usual good food & service, however the table upstairs next to the gents toilet door we were given felt cramped and uncomfortable, next time will decline if offered it again.

This was the 4th time of visiting Cote in Brighton and 2nd time for a more business meal rather than personal. however ambience, staff and more importantly the food was as good as ever. Always a place to recommend for both friends and to business colleagues.

Lovely evening celebrating a birthday . Lovely staff made it special, food reliably good and reasonably priced.. Cote is one of my favourite venues , just need to remove those draughty tables situated each side of the entrance, though staff very happy to accommodate change as soon as they were able .

Cote Brighton is our favourite go-to restaurant in Brighton - a city with many good restaurants - because the food is always consistently good, the value is unbelievably good and the service is excellent. Perfect for a pre-theatre dinner since it is a few steps away from the Dome.

As always, great service and beautiful food. Not massive portions, just as it should be so you can enjoy a 3 course meal without feeling stuffed or guilty .

I was a bit disappointed with my starter (had the poached egg) it was on a lot of vinegar but overall great value and I will definitely go back

Arrived a tad early but no problem:-) Food great quality and hot (if appropriate). Good fizzy and red, difficult to fault food and friendly service. We will go again and highly recommend.

We were greeted by the by the staff who had our booking and our request for Gluten Free. We could choose our table and our waiter Luis was very helpful and attentive. A great evening and excellent food.

There was a good atmosphere and friendly service. The menu had good choices but we don't agree with the 12.5% service charge. 10% is usually the expected tip.
