It got busy quite quickly and there was a delay in getting the final bill. Overall, food was good. A bit close together on the seating.

Lovely food, great atmosphere and service from Nickolas ... had the pork belly which was cooked to perfection and the service was just right, attentive but not over powering - well done - will certainly return.

What a wonderful arrival in Watford! The best dining experience I have had for a long time. Such lovely staff and beautiful food Perfect location for a meal before a visit to Cineworld or the Palace Theatre. I will visit again soon and will tell everyone about this special place. Thank you :-)

Wonderful choice of gluten free food. The food we ordered was flavourful and tasty. Good speed of service. Would recommend particularly for allergen options. Will return again.

Had a lovely evening with friends. We had a warm welcome when we arrived. When seated we had drinks and menus straight away. All the staff that served us were friendly and efficient. There was a great atmosphere and food was delicious. This was our 3rd visit and will definitely return.

Went to Watford Cote for birthday meal and had the prestige evening set menu of 3 courses. Food was very tasty and well presented, also plenty on the plate. Starters were paye and calamari. Both were extremely tasty. Mains were the salmon, breton chicken and sides of carrots and creamed spinach. All were very well presented and very lovingly cooked. The chicken was absolutely delicious. Even the sides of carrots were tasty and lashings of butter. Would recomend for s special treat, or just a casual evening. Finally the desserts, creme caramel and apple crumble. Once again, delicious. The waiter placed a candle n my creme caramel and preceeded to sing happy birthday, what a lovely touch. With so much choice around the intuition centre and high street, Cote ticked all the right boxes and would return soon for a great meal. 5 stars.......

lovely venue great staff good food beer is overpriced set menu is good value our drinks waiter accidentally spilled a bottle of beer which went over one of our groups clothes but it was handled quickly and effectively... accidents happen would recommend

There is nothing I can fault about our visit. From the moment we arrived fro the moment we regrettably left the whole experience was amazing. The service was timed to perfection, the food was incredible and the singing of Happy Birthday for my mum was spot on.

It was our first time in Cote and we had a lovely meal. We came to celebrate fathers day. We are a family with a fussy teenage vegetarian daughter and although unfortunately the kitchen didn't get the order quite right first time, the waiters were very accommodating when we explained that my daughter didn't want the sauce on top of her dish. They remade the whole dish and gave it to us complimentary which I thought was the right thing to do. Waiters were excellent!

I've been a couple of times to Cote in Watford and am really impressed; the level of service is fantastic and much better than what I have experienced elsewhere in Watford. There was a mistake with my Mum's main course but it was sorted out quickly, and in a very professional manner.

Really friendly wait staff but the food was not as good as it has been from other Cotes. Drinks offering very good.

Food service was incredibly slow. It was mothers day and if I had known it was going to be this disappointing I would have stayed home and cooked for my family - it would have been a better experience. Insult was added to injury when presented with the bill there was a £13 service charge on there!

Our server was excellent. Polite and hugely knowledgable aswell as extremely friendly. Didn’t catch his name but was absolutely wonderful. Food was superb and did not have to wait long at all. Would highly recommend. Will be going back for sure.

This restaurant now goes on my “visit regularly” list. It is consistent in all aspects of quality, service and atmosphere. A fillet steak that is superior to the offerings of other established brands at that price range.

The service was above and beyond excellent and the food was fabulous. The wine was a perfect match and even the coffee was great. I lived in France for 20 years, returning to the UK last year. I have had a hard time adjusting and came here tonight to feel some modicum of French dining and culture. Given that Côte is a chain, I was not entirely convinced that I would be impressed but I was wrong. Well done to you all, from front of house to kitchen via service and bussing. We had a truly enjoyable evening and will be back.

Excellent food and really hight level big customer service. Seabass was delicious and Duck was one of the best I have ever tried. Wine selection is also really good. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful evening, I asked for a quiet table and we got exactly that. We are all vegetarians and the Vegetarian menu was excellent so much choice, all our dishes were delicious. We were all impressed & will return, soon I hope.

A super restaurant in the centre of Watford. The food was very tasty and the staff and service exceptional! An ideal restaurant for a celebration.

I booked a table for surprise "Baby shower" on Saturday, for my friend. It was our first ever visit there, and what a great experience we had! We were late (an hour!), and the table still was ready for us. The customer service was just excellent! Haven't been in the restaurant recently where staff would be so caring, helpful and make every minute so special. The only down side was that I had an email to receive free bottle of wine, which I asked to swap for the soft drinks (waitress agreed to that), but we still were charged for them. I would like to thank all Cote Brasserie Stuff, who made my friend feeling so special during this exciting time (the beautiful personalised, drawn card by you- It was so lovely), especially Samuel who was looking after us that evening- thanks Samuel! Food and service were excellent as always, however I booked under the deal with the French 75 cocktails and we didn’t get them. Bit disappointing. Didn’t want to say anything at the time as my husband didn’t know about the offer and I thought it would be a nice little treat on Easter Sunday. Won’t stop me going back.

We went for early dinner on a Monday and the range of food and offers available was wonderful. We had 2 courses each from special menu and the food was delicious. The only reason I didn’t give 6 stars was that the waiter forgot our water but other than that couldn’t fault the food and service. Our meal for the two of us cost just over £40 for 4 courses, a drink each and tip included. I wouldn’t definitely recommend

Lovely restaurant. Great food, great menu - lots of choice - the Poulet Grille was delicious. The service was brilliant - would highly recommend eating here.
