Possibly the nicest steak iv ever had lovely atmosphere and good service.

Great service from our server James. All Covid precautions and 2 meters adhered to. Felt safe yet like nothing had changed

Love it here. The food is always delicious and the staff are cheery and helpful but not in your face. Trying times but it was our first meal out and it was very relaxed and almost normal. Best steaks anywhere and not overly priced.

Great restaurant with exceptional service, definitely one of the best steak places in Liverpool. I also appreciated the safety measures at the restaurant (hand gels everywhere, staff wearing visors and screens between the customer booths). The only issue was that my steak was slightly overcooked and below the usual flawless standard of Cowshed. The overall experience was amazing nevertheless. Can't wait to come back!

Food was amazing as usual, but I have to say Cowshed have done an amazing job at making everything Covid secure. The entire restaurant was spotless, staff wearing visors, screens between the tables, we felt very safe and comfortable.

Nice atmosphere, good service. Parts of the meal were delicious. However, the main part of the meal let it down which was the rump steak we both ordered . It was quite tough but the other events of the meal were nice, such as the haloumi bites and garlic bread with truffle.

The most amazing meal. We had ‘The Greedy Cow’ which is a combination of the ribeye, rump and fillet (we swapped from the flat iron to a fillet), it tasted so good. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. Had it with the fries, cabbage and chorizo side and pepper sauce. Highly recommend these sides, especially the cabbage it’s so tasty. Cowshed is definitely the best steak restaurant in Liverpool, beats all the it’s closest competition. If you love your steaks this is the place to go. The service was spot on, the staff are all wearing ppe, following 1m distance (where possible) and are all so friendly. Nothing is too much to ask. Will definitely be returning soon, thank you all so much for a lovely meal.

Wow what can I say if you haven’t been here you really need to go the steaks are amazing the staff are so helpful nothing is to much trouble a hidden gem in Liverpool.

I heard this place was good, and was gutted when our original booking was cancelled because of Covid. The steak was cooked to perfection and all the staff could not have been any nicer. This was our first proper meal post-lockdown and it’s genuinely blown me away. Thanks Cowshed!

Rebecca was a brilliant server and went above and beyond to mix my husband a mocktail since he was driving (there weren’t any on the menu.) The food was incredible as always and we always love the atmosphere when we go. Can’t fault Cowshed one bit.

As ever the food was delicious. The menu is not extensive but what they do they do exceedingly well. Good choice of wine. Service excellent. Felt safe with the PPE worn by staff and screens between tables.
