Lovely quirky cafe. Afternoon tea was amazing and they catered well for my mum who wanted gluten free food, and my two year old daughter. Perfect

Great quirky place with plenty to feast your eyes on. Service was superb and food was delicious. Their own take on a pornstar martini was divine. Definitely be going back again.

The place is fabulous. However, the music was far too loud for a tea time meal. Conversation for our party was nigh on impossible. I had the BLT Burger (chicken) which was gorgeous. My husband had fish and chips which were not of the standard expected - soggy wet fish not crispy batter as it should have been. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The service was impeccable.

Not enough staff, I had to wait a long time for food and never got asked if we wanted another drink. Then wasn’t given an itemised bill so not sure if I paid too much but was in a rush to get to a show, had to pay at the bar till as we couldnt find the waitress to ask for the bill. We were there 2 hours.

Great atmosphere, though I was confused at the entrance now since work has been done since the last time we visited. The afternoon tea had more than enough food for two people, we couldn't eat it all so we've had yo bring it home.

The variety of the food was very basic considering our group was diverse and many of us didn’t eat meat or pork and subsequently, the majority of the food we were then allowed to eat was very limited and simplistic. Although one of the waiters was very nice, the other was slightly rude and it ruined the mood for our meal. I don’t think I would recommend this restaurant to anyone especially as the price doesn’t reflect the quality.

Food was really good but the DJ banging music out at 5:45pm on a Saturday wasn't great in terms of trying to enjoy the meal.

food was amazing along with the cocktails only down side was there was a draft from the fan as we were directly below it so this made your food cold quicker but as so popular wasn't able to move didn't ruin the experience though, went for my friends 40th birthday lunch and she really enoyed it.

We sat upstairs and had a seat in the window with a good view. The afternoon tea was substantial and with a good variety of sandwiches and cakes plus scones etc. The staff were excellent and the room was very interesting. Very good value for money. We both enjoyed the occasion.

Eight of us waited for over an hour. We had booked a pre-theatre slot several days ago, so timing was quite important. We stood, or sat, at a table for six, dodging each other and other customers (it was very busy). There was a large room to the side with nobody in it. Why weren't we invited to sit in there until our table was ready? Lukewarm chips were returned and quickly replaced by hot ones. My mussels were definitely not freshly cooked (please seek advice from Loch Fyne). Staff were very pleasant, keen to please, and doing their best under difficult circumstances. Our bill was substantially reduced.

The food was lovely however the service was a little dissapointing. Waiting to be seated we waiting quite a while even though a number of staff were there some not even acknowledging we were there. On the kids menu there is afternoon tea with no time limit on there however they refused to serve it to my daughter and were quite unaccommadating and rude about it. The food was beautiful as always also i saw them turn people away even though there were tables free just because they hadn't booked. I find the staff very unaccommadating which is a shame because the place is lovely and quirky and the food and cocktails are very lovely.

Lovely restaurant and food, only two small niggles. When we arrived the bartender was serving someone so asked us to take a seat, before he took us to our booked table. He then seemed to have forgotten we were waiting as we had to remind him. The second thing, two of us ordered the same dish so the kitchen automatically combined part of the dish for us to share instead of giving two separate portions. A good experience overall and would definitely go back

This place is wonderful! The decor is very quirky and creates a great atmosphere - this is throughout the entire place and they'd really though of everything! The afternoon tea was fabulous and great value for money! (We even had to take some home!) my mum loved every minute of it and it completely made our afternoon. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly welcoming staff who were more than happy to make slight changes to the dishes on offer (no Stilton, thank you). Arrived in time for a lovely £5 cocktail and had a delicious vegan cake for dessert, with tasty side morsels. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

Great restaurant, unique decor and awesome cocktails. Food good but not exceptional, had deep fried Camambert to start and it was cold in the middle and a burger for my main which was great.
