Lovely restaurant, great food but a service charge for 3 people, it’s just greed.

Beautiful food . Amazing staff overall an incredible dining experience

The service was rather poor. We waited 45 minutes from when our order was taken until it was served. In addition after order was take waiter returned to apologise that there was only one t-bone left and re-order was required. There was also other items on the menu that weren’t available. Our meal, there were 4 came to £235. Disappointed with overall service and attention to detail.

Okay but wouldn't rush back. After placing order we were told they had run out of chips. On a Saturday evening !. Order changed to home fries. Steak served with chips 🤷‍♀️. Witnessed surrounding tables send back steak and being served wrong sauce.

Fabulous meal and service. Highlight was the pistachio cheesecake. Enjoyed the experience.

Excellent French onion soup followed by the most delicious sirloin steak, brandy and peppercorn sauce with skinny fries last night. Service was first class. Finished off with a few drinks in their loveky bar. A fantastic evening with friends.

For a steakhouse we weren’t impressed by the steaks sadly. One was very grey and I don’t even think we got the right cut. The serving staff were nice but don’t listen or deliver on requests. I don’t think I’d rush back sadly.

We booked a table for our anniversary and requested a nice table. We were given the best table in the restaurant right by the window. Great atmosphere and staff, thanks

We had dinner at Cut for our 10th anniversary. The service was terrible. Incredibly slow and not particularly friendly. The food was fine. I would not recommend Cut for a special occasion, we were very disappointed to have made such a poor choice for what was supposed to be a special evening for us.

Service and food were very good. The Steak was perfect.

Fab meal. Steak was perfect 👌 Mocktail, the mojito is delicious. Beer garden is top notch in the sun.

Service was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough to help. 2 out of 3 steaks were excellent but one had to be returned, as it was full of gristle. This was unfortunate as we were nearly finished by the time his arrived. Overall, the dining experience was OK..

Visited a few times and great as always, food and venue.

Have dined in Cut on a regular basis and generally a good experience. However, this was disappointing to be fair. We went for the Tomahawk steak and for the price that you pay for this it was very very disappointing. It was extremely fatty which we fed back to be told....oh well its just your luck sometimes.

Food was outstanding 👌 Venue tastefully decorated Server was attentive but was rushing a bit, spoke too fast. 🤔

Im not in yhe habit of moaning on these things but feel I need to on this occassion I had T-Bone steak which had obviously been re heated Was like cutting thru leather and extremely tough to chew on Then hit with a £30.00 Service Charge which wasnt advised of before and don't see this on web site My £300.00 + could have been better spent elsewhere

Lovely dinner and lovely staff. The meats were soooooo good. The only downfall was the Yorkshire puddings didn't have the right texture. They were far too crispy. The best way I can describe is like when too much baking powder is used. Gravy was a little bit too sweet also but I'd definitely go back, it's worth it for everything else. My wee girl absolutely loved her mac n cheese, it was so creamy. Thankyou

Food was poor and cold. Knifes were blunt so hard to cut steaks. No atmosphere whatsoever. Very overpriced. Would not recommend
