Lovely food . All staff were very nice. Only down side was portions were quite small but I would definitely recommend it

On arrival we were told there was no crab and lobsters!! The whole point of going fancy crab was to eat crabs. A member of staff should have called us before attending to inform us about this so we could decide if we still wanted to attend the bookings. For the price we paid for the other food it did not worth the money as other places give you value for your money. Wouldn’t go back here or recommend it either

Visited on Tuesday and restaurant were under staff . The £85 platter were overpriced and not worth the money . No dessert menu offer as only 2 manager working and no other waiting staff . Don’t think we will visit again .

I never write reviews and actually feel bad about writing this as my first. However, the service was so MEH! They did not pay any attention to us, we had to wait half an hour for our starters to be taken away once we had finished them. Even at the start the glass of tap water took about 20 minutes. I had to walk inside and ask twice as to where the mains were, I almost cancelled the main as it had just taken so long! They could also work on being more welcoming! The food, however, was fine! But the service ruined the experience.

Fantastic crab and seafood, beautifully presented and so fresh tasting. Signature cocktails were lovely and looked so pretty

We had a lovely evening and staff were very friendly but just not enough of them. The starters were spot on but we both ordered the Singapore crab and it was more like a makhani curry but very tasty. Definitely would go back though as the sea food was amazing but only for lunch as not a date night type of place,

Food was tasty and well presented. Drinks took a long while to arrive and there was no sauvignon blanc at 7.30pm on a Saturday. Overall, enjoyed the meal but thought it was pricey.

Lovely venue (used to frequent the venue when it was Black and Blue Steak house many years ago) Food was amazing as expected, love crab and there was a really good affordable lunch time menu. Some staff could have been a little bit more friendlier, chattier albeit they were not rude at all, but all round a great place to visit and eat, perfect portions, good quality wine (we had a bottle of the rosè) would definitely visit again for lunch or dinner

Waiter couldn’t figure out our two drink order. He brought an open bottle of Coke and said, did you order Diet? Then rolled his eyes to learn we did. I asked for Club Soda, Soda Water or Seltzer and was told they didn’t have any. While perusing the menu I found “sparkling water” and asked if that had bubbles. What good fortune! King Crab was good. The grilled prawns with “Asian Spices” should have clarified “mouth-blasting chilies”. I’m no professional chef but garlicky tzatziki and truffle oil/perfume don’t belong anywhere together except maybe in the sink. We were certainly crabby by the time we left. Hard pass next time.

Nice environment and great food. The waiter could have been a bit more attentive. But, in general was a great experience.

The house platter came out of the freeza and was not fresh, the sinagpour crab had hardly any crab. Not great value or taste. Would not recommend .

My friend and I had a great time. We opted for the 3 course set menu and Alex who served us was lovely. The food was delicious, ambience was perfect. We went at 3pm which was nice as it wasn’t too busy at all. Would definitely go again.

No very good service ! Waiter spilled water on trousers no spoons in added extras ! Had to wait for potatoes and beans for 10 minutes after dinner was served ! Considering the price ... disappointing

Went for late lunch a bit quite but food was excellent service was a bit slow considering it was not busy and they forgot our lobster claws but didn’t charge us for them.

The most beautiful seafood we have ever had. The quality of the food has no comparison in our eyes. We would like to make regular visits to this restaurant. The service was excellent and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Compliments to all staff members who were on shift last night. Especially the chefs 😊

Too expensive for what is being offered. Half of the food was very overcooked and we did not enjoy it. Not once were we asked if everything was ok. The waiter was more interested in just clearing our table. When we gave him feedback he didnt know what to do. So I am definitely not coming back. Disappointed.
