Fantastic restaurant.great food & drink staff excellent very resanable prices. Lovely location will be returning on Sunday to try out the lunch. Have arranged to bring some friends over at the end of the month as well

The atmosphere was lovely,it was nice and christmassy. The service was great, waitress was very helpful and the manager changed our bill to reflect a discount we didn't know about.

None of the questions I asked on the original booking were answered . The menu was not explained properly (3 menus on offer) . 1 meal was sent back as the steak was not cooked as requested , everybody had finished eating when this was returned. No form of discount was offered for this . The bill was incorrect and the request for a candle in the dessert for my mums 60th birthday was over looked . It was very busy and noisy so I appreciate all those things factor into service however tonight was a special occasion for us and I felt let down

Beautiful restaurant in lovely surroundings. Extremely professional and friendly staff. Food is outstanding and inventive. Would eat here every week if I could. Never disappoints.

Sunday roast 3 course deal is excellent value. The food was of excellent presentation and taste but also ample in size. Fantastic hospitality and service in nice surroundings and a friendly atmosphere. I definitely will be returning.

Great atmosphere, great food and reasonable price. The staff were very attentive and looked after us very well. I have been to the restaurant a couple of times before this visit and it has been consistently good.

Service excellent food less so. Ox cheek was somewhat dry. Roast beef was tough. Don't like unnecessary forced review word quantity. Customers should be allowed to say as much or as little as they feel appropriate.

Service was poor last night and the food wasn't quite the same as last time. I had the Ox cheek to start and the sauce wasn't a0s thick and unctious as I have had before. Also there were what seemed to be dried rosemary leaves in the bottom of the dish that didn't taste of anything. My main was short rib of beef but the waiter forgot the sauce. It was covered with a spring onion "straw" that wasn't very pleasant, My wife and I also ordered liqeur coffees that the waiter also forgot. Other than that the food was delicious. Didn't complain but didn't tip. Should just mention that we were told by the waiter that the sweet that we wanted wasn't available (sold out), But after ordering something else the waiter came back and told us that he had looked in the fridge and found some that the chef didn't know he had. All a bit strange really!

Lovely friendly attentive staff, good food and great location. We had a really enjoyable family lunch, our waitress couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

We are regular customers and are very rarely disappointed. Today we chose the set lunch menu which is amazing value for the choice and quality of food! The seabass was perfect.Staff are always friendly and efficient. The perfect January treat!

Friendly efficient staff. Friday night with friends. Cocktails £5, £10 500ml carafe of wine (choice of 4 reds) plus whites. Short ribs to die for.

Good service as usual here, menu choices really good. We had pigeon, beef rib, king prawns & sea bass for mains - all really well cooked and presented.

Great food, breakfast is the best in Worsley! We had the George's breakfast which was well cooked and tasty. Lovely interior and very attentive staff.

Nice restaurant ! Lunchtime menu was good value ! Sirloin steak from the al la carte menu was poor and boring served only with fries and one onion ring ......

Visited for Sunday lunch, ordered off the Sunday menu and had 2 courses. The soup was lovely and so was the beef. I asked for my beef link and it was perfect. Will be booking again!

Excellent. I have visited many times and the food gets better everytime. I recommend the short beef rib and chocolate tart, delicious. The staff are also attentive and go the extra mile.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. However, the steak was a little fatty and the dessert did take quite a while to arrive considering the restaurant wasn't very busy. Overall, a very nice evening.
