Great atmosphere and service as usual. Food was lovely and all came at the same time. We go often to georges as the breakfast is different.

Good food, service and cocktails were excellent. Pork belly and monkfish were very good and presented well, finished off with an excellent take on raspberry parfait.

Lovely lunch with my family this afternoon, food was lovely, extensive choice. The service was very efficient. Couldn't fault it and will definitely visit again soon.

Great service from all of the staff. They were attentive, polite and made us feel welcome. The Hake was yummy and the Sticky toffee pudding was amazing!

Really lovely afternoon tea with friends. Large portions and great service from the staff. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any and all occasions.

Meal came with fries however they were overlooked, dry, hollow and burned. We asked for some fresh fries which took that long it was like another course. Ordered the deconstructed apple pie with ice cream, came ice cold with cream. Once we got the attention of the waiter to ask if it was supposed to be cold he asked us what it said in the menu. He checked with the chef and it was supposed to be hot so we asked for a sticky toffee pudding instead with ice cream. We got about six blobs of ice cream as which was a complete joke. Felt because we complained they would want to give us what we wanted but ruin it anyway. Disappointing.

Amazing food (had the duck and the wife had the lamb both where cooked to perfection) and the cocktails where great . Will def be going back soon.

Lovely place to eat in a pretty village. Food was excellent as was the service of all staff. They were all extremely pleasant, professional and friendly. The set menu was inexpensive and well presented. We were pleased to find such a gem of a place for our lunch. All the menus we looked at appeared good and value for money. We will be returning.

Very nice chilled out restaurant., great ambience, great staff, very good food and in a great location. It has a comfy bar area, look like good outdoor seating area around the back of the premises and also good availability of areas which facilitate private dining. This was out first visit, we dines as a family of adults (8 of us) and enjoyed a very nice, unrushed time. We will definitely return.

Food was lovely and the service was good too, everyone had a smile on their face. And nothing was to much for them. Would recommend to friends and family for sure.

its a beautiful place to visit whether for breakfast, lunch, snacks, cocktails or just for a cup of coffee. Lovely staff and delicious food. Had a lovely family meal, will definitely visit again.

Waiting staff very good. Food awful. Waited over an hour fr main course and when it came the beef was so tough we could not eat it.The waiter agreed the meat(Beef) was tough and we got 20% off the meal. Soup was not nice also. Very limited vegetarian option and when the main course arrived looked like a starter. Also 4 items were not available from the main course menu. Overall this was a lunch to celebrate a birthday and it was so disappointing.We will not be returning again.

I have been to George's many time and I have always had the most fabulous night. Harrison one of the waiters is a credit to Georges. So professional each time we go. The food and service, and the atmosphere is out of this world. I cannot praise this place enough.

Always good when I eat here. We love to come for drinks in the bar too. One of the nicest places to have a cocktail in Worsley. Great atmosphere in the bar that doesn't infringe on the restaurant....just needs a slightly later licence.

Excellent service and food on Saturday night. The confit of belly pork was to die for! Had a great time, as always and will be back very soon.

Lovely evening out with friends. The atmosphere at George's is great, the food was fantastic and the service amazing. We used vouchers given to us when we visited in December. A great excuse to go out for tea! Xx

Food was steady away. Service very friendly just needs to have everyone on their a game. Roast Beef well done should never be an option ever. Fair enough, our guys shouldn't have chose it but come on chef....

Good food at George's restaurant in Worsley. Also an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere, in a great and impressive setting. Staff were excellellent and most helpful.

The staff were friendly and professional they couldn't do enough for us. For example we had bought a bottle of Prosecco at the bar and my friend had opened a tab, when we got the to the table a staff member over head she had done this and asked if she wanted her to transfer on to the table so we could settle altogether. Food was lovely and atmosphere with the signer was great. Fizz Friday is good for us too with bottles of Prosecco at £15!

Well nice setting we went in for a nice annvesary meal singer sounded nice we got to our table the noise from two large table not good but the waitress saw my face and moved us upstairs very nice crackers on table etc etc we ordered it seemed to take ages like they had forgotten about us I was just about to go down and the waiter came with starters very nice then waited again for main course and again for sweet all waiting around the food very nice but the service a little slow well worth going to

The building is beautiful, the waiters and waitresses attentive, the cocktails and wine an absolute delight; but the real star of the show must be whoever runs the kitchen, because the food that comes out of there is as good as you'll get anywhere else in Manchester.

Excellent three course lunch. Great service and tasty food. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon. Might have an afternoon tea there as that looks delicious too.

Myself and 2 friends had a lovely dinner at George's. The atmosphere was great and the food was even better. My husband is a really good cook so I am often disappointed with my meal when I eat out as i always think i coukd have had a nicer meal at home, but this was the 3rd time I have been to George's and each time it's been lovely.

Very good staff Dan was really funny in the bar food was very good just a little bit nosey , would go back soon hopefully we could sit at a another table

Lovely setting food was really good. Quick efficient service. We have eaten here several times and have always enjoyed it. The only thing missing is a lunch menu with sandwich options

Chic and lively restaurant and bar with great drinks, live music, fantastic food and great staff. Been just for drinks in the bar and for a valentines set menu. Will definitely make this a regular visit.

Having been to George's before and enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere I was very disappointed when I visited recently for Sunday lunch. The service started badly when the waitress walked away half way through my order, before my husband had ordered. She then returned and asked him "what do you want?" We both asked for well done roast beef. When it arrived it was very pink so we sent it back. When it returned it was still very pink, but other items on the plate were now burnt black. The staff and management were very pleasant about the complaint and apologised however after two attempts at a roast dinner we chose to leave. Disappointed as previous meals at George's have been very good. Hopefully this was just a one off.

Lost points for my being shown to a table with the incorrect party who had been seated under my name/booking, so wasn't a great start. My main course was too salty and I did mention this as i couldn't eat it, but got no feedback/apology. The restaurant doesn't take AMEX, which is useful for business customers. However the service was good and my business colleagues enjoyed their meals.

This was our first ever night out for valentines couldn't of asked for anything better the food and service was fantastic! Thanks Cerys much George's from Amy and Andrew fantastic job!

Food was great and staff were extremely helpful. However, it was a little cold which spoilt it slightly, it wouldn't stop me going again though - maybe in summer - Ha!

We had a lovely evening. My meal was very good. My wife complained that her chicken was dry. We were more than happy when our bill was reduced accordingly.

The night was perfect. Great food and wonderful wine. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and full of life. I would defiantly recommend George's. Good night all round
