Lovely food staff friendly just to quiet for me I think a tad to expensive

Rather disappointed that I was charged £37.00 for a £7.50 bottle of wine I could have brought from the local Hook Norton Brewery near me. I accept that there must be a profit but do not like being taken advantage of. Also the Waitress spent over 10 minutes at a table next to us with her friend where it was obvious they had not seen each other for some time. I have no issue with that,. however when she is bent over for all that time and her rear end is only inches from my wife's face during our meal that is unacceptable. Additions of more "soft FF&E to absorb noise would help, and as we are both just over 5 foot tall, the sofa's are two low for people of this stature on the two seat tables which makes eating uncomfortable. Consideration to having some 2 seat tables with standard tables and chairs (like the four and six seat tables) would be an improvement.

A group of 4 of us - all our meals were lovely, the waiting staff were friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The food was out of this world. Went for the Tomahawk Steak, Chips, Peppercorn sauce for both me and my partner. Also we had a nice bottle of wine. The staff were very nice and they offer you a weapon of choice to destroy your steak with. Zoe was very helpful, friendly and honest! Would %100 recommend.

Didn't have Chicken available the Cocktails was a choice of gin and tonic or sparkling wine very limited menu so we had 2 drinks and left still cost £20

Delicious quality of steak and fish. The marmite and cheese twists were to Die for. Service was on point and the wine list was well put together (and the barista Shiraz was banging)

This is a really nice place if you're after a fancy steak (I wouldn't be able to go here more than once in a very long while). The food was yummy and very generous portions (I did have to send my steak back because it was too well done, but the second one came out perfectly). The service was fantastic too, very friendly and attentive and they even bring over a selection of knives for you to choose from.

Wholly underwhelmed... Extortionate prices, just because they are 'in London' - chips (about 12!) and 3 mushrooms were 'extras' costing almost £10 - and they have the cheek to ask for a 'discretionary' 12.5% 'tip' (Service charge) on top!

The service was excellent (in particular our fab waiter Paris)! Location was amazing, looking out over the Eye and the Thames. The food was Cooked to absolute perfection. Couldn’t recommend more.

Food was great but service quite slow with one meal out of seven arriving much later than others. Forgot to bring one of the sauces with the steak too. However, still a very good evening had.

The staff were friendly and professional. The food was really good. However I had 2 special requests and they didn't happen; while I understand requests are not guaranteed, it would have been nice if they told me in advance.

Food was nice but very over priced for what you get.Lots of staff but took along time to be noticed,ordered two item 1 was wrong and 1 never received! Drinks were also over priced. Tried to get the meal deal but could not book a table however restaurant was half empty.

very friendly waitress, but we had to wait more than 1 hour for our food. they forgot one of our drinks and we didn't get the food we ordered (we ordered two different sizes of steaks, got to eith tge same size, but charged us two different sizes) they gave us a 20% discount but it's still not worth the money....

The food was very good ! Excellent taste and the staff was also very nice. We will come back for sure to this restaurant.also the view was really nice

My wife’s fish and chips was quite good, however, I had the bone in prime rib & garden salad. The steak was full of gristle and the “bone in” was seven shards of bone ranging from dime size to 2” lengths. It was not a good value. Service was great.
