Excellent food and service, cask and curry (and football) a great combination.

The pub was very loud and had tv screens in every room, which made it difficult to talk. The food was good but not as good as the price would suggest as I’ve had better food for around £8 a main dish and here it was around £14 for a main dish. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food arrived quickly. I’d been wanting to come here for a while and was slightly disappointed by the overall experience.

We arrived a little early but we’re shown straight to our table. It was a very small table with stools but we’ve been before so we were not shocked. Food was lovely & hot. Had large mixed grill to share. (Miss the lamb chops though! ) Staff friendly.

Indian food overpriced and sub standard. Ordered a small mixed grill, a chicken and prawn curry, 1 fries and a naan bread to share between two, accompanied by a beer and a gin n tonic £68 The batter on the fish pakora was soggy and some of the chicken pieces were tough and dry. Will not be returning or recommending.

The restaurant was not what I expected! 😊 It's still a pub but with the added bonus of having a top notch Indian restaurant inside. There were 7 of us and we had enough naans and chips for all, 2 large mixed grills (there was more than plenty for everyone) and some curry sauces, too. It's a lovely experience and the food is amazing.
