Lovely afternoon tea and friendly staff. It was quite quiet but no doubt because we were there near closing time. Staff no less attentive though. Not much else to say really!!

Fabulous afternoon tea, service was brilliant too! Food was delicious, well enough to eat which is unusual in some places I've had afternoon tea, would definitely recommend

Beautiful venue. Welcoming and friendly staff. Food was scrumptious and lots of it. More tea needed, but will be returning very soon. Would highly recommend a visit.

It was quiet, being between Christmas and New Year, but was lovely, food was very good although starters were a bit too big. Would definitely go again.

Excellent food and wine and the service was second to none. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We went for the afternoon tea with a couple of dietary requirements which were met without issue. Can not praise this place enough!

The afternoon tea ( including the gluten free afternoon tea) was the best I’ve ever had. The staff were lovely and really took care of us. The staff give you your own space but are always around for you to ask questions. It was a great afternoon :)

Beautiful afternoon tea for my 50th birthday. Everyone had a really good time. Decor and atmosphere amazing. Would definitely be returning and will recommend to family and friends.

An excellent meal and very good service. We had the fish and chips. So fresh and delicious. Will definitely return. Cocktails were very good too!

We had a brilliant Prosecco Afternoon Tea experience at Jam. It is trendy and looks really nice with its decorations and has a good atmosphere. The food was really good and the staff were brilliant. We would definitely book again as we loved it. Thank you.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon with two friends. Restaurant was very clean and modern design. We had afternoon tea with prosecco. I would definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed the prosecco afternoon tea the sandwiches were so fresh and they let us swap some of fillings also the scones were fresh and warm

Lovely venue staff very friendly only down point we had to wait a little while for the condiments we requested. The food was nice and would visit again.

The decor of the restaurant is lovely and suitable for a high/cream tea. However I was disappointed in the scones (seemed stale) and the slow service.

The food was fine but the ambience was strange - when we arrived at 6:15 the place was full with 2 large baby shower parties which at about 7:00 where followed by a hen party.

This was our first visit to Jam, Liverpool. We were a party of six, with one being coeliac. I emailed ahead to make sure that their menu included gluten free options and I received a very quick response assuring me that everything on the menu could be made gluten free! I booked a table online approx 2 days in advance. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and certainly has the wow factor. The service was excellent from beginning to end - nothing was too much trouble. The food was perfect and presented beautifully. We will definitely be visiting Jam again in the not so distance future.

Very quiet restaurant, sad as the food was beautiful but not a lot of atmosphere. We was given the menus when we asked about the 2 course offer menu we was told not on a Saturday. My friend asked again as she had seen it on Facebook. We was then given the offer. Service was good. Need to advertise more as we visited at 8pm on a Saturday and there was 2 other groups there.

Great service. Great food and cocktails! Would definitely go back in the future and would certainly recommend to friends and family. A great place to go to.

Good selection of teas and lovely, dainty cakes and scones. Service was really pleasant and helpful, will definitely return at some point as it is very convenient for the centre of Liverpool

The table was easy to book. When we arrived we were greeted by really friendly staff, a delicious afternoon tea and prosecco so a great time was had by all.

Great chilled atmosphere and the place is so light and airy, staff were amazing - friendly and attentive and food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

As usual Jam excelled itself. We went for the "offer" afternoon tea and it was yummy. I love going there., and will go again very soon

Had read really good reviews and my 10 yr daughter is on a gluten free diet so booked a table for our evening meal. We were told on arrival that we had an hour and a half at our table before being escorted to our table. All three of us had burgers,one being gluten free. Two were beef burgers and were said to be delicious,my daughter stated it was the best burger she'd ever had! My chicken burger was also very tasty. What was refreshing about Jam was that anything on the menu was available also in gluten free! Staff very kind and we will return soon.

Fab afternoon tea with great service, relaxed atmosphere. Ensured all allergies / intolerances were catered for without any fuss. Didn't rush us to finish, allowed us to take our time

Took my mum for her birthday and the afternoon tea was fab. My sons came (aged 7 and 2) and had the children's version which was great.

The staff where very helpful and friendly and the menu and food we had from the brunch menu was delicious and a really good choice of what to have. I would recommend a visit to Jam to all my friends
