Some of the food was very nice however the sirloin steaks were tough and very fatty we didn't think they were sirloins and the drinks very overpriced we won't be going again unfortunately it seems to have gone downhill

The food was lovely. Was very good value for money. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely go again. Parking outside was a bit tight but managed to get a space

Really enjoyed the meal and the staff were very helpful and friendly service. Also reasonable prices too. Looking forward to going again with the rest of my family

Excellent food and friendly staff.Although there were 8 in our party we weren't rushed and everyone ate everything on their plates,always a good sign.Only downside was struggling to park the car as the car park is small

Food and service excellent but a little expensive for Sunday lunch (£110 for 4 inc tip). Variety and choice of food on menu very good.

Very good service, good venue, food was lovely especially the starter. Good value for the money. I would recommend the goat cheese pancake for starters.

The atmosphere and service was as good as always no critism there. The only thing I would like to see is perhaps a change in the lunchtime menu although food is excellent would like to see something different.

Friendly staff,pleasant surrounding,excellent food. It was our first visit and we will definitely go again,I don't think you can beat £15.95 for a three course meal for the quality of food served

This is a restaurant I frequent regularly with friends,mainly for Lunch.We all find the menu choices,quality of food and service very good,and I will continue to use.

Great food as always lovely atmosphere you are never rushed even managed to catch up with friends who were there as well. All in all a great evening.

Excellent visit! Came here for the first time for my dad's birthday. Staff excellent, food amazing, surroundings lovely! Couldn't fault it and will return again!

Food was very good but there was no ambience in the place. It was dull and dowdy with no background music for this train we will not return .

Our welcome felt cold, 'Have we booked?' Felt more important than hello with a smile. Food was nice although would have been better if the lamb was cooked to our liking but that wasn't offered when ordering. I didn't realise it was a 3 course meal (I don't do starters or desserts) so the price paid wasn't worth it for us.

6 family members attended for a get together. Really enjoyed our visit. Menu changed and one member of party would have liked the belly pork but not on the menu. Good food. Nice atmosphere , we were sat in the conservatory. Friendly staff.

The best steak I've had in a long time, served with some wonderful freshly fried chips and creamy peppercorn sauce. Too full for a dessert, though neighbouring table had a fantastic looking chocolate sundae. Will be going back to this hospitable place

Restaurant has set price menu with some steaks having a small supplement. Great steaks, fillet and ribeye. Delicious chips. Staff very friendly. Mocha coffee is the nicest I've ever had.
