Quite a small restaurant as you first enter so gives a bit of a cluttered vibe but discovered more seating in the back. Service was a bit slow and often got forgotten but I can understand as it was a busy night with only two waitresses

First time visit . Good food and sizeable portions at reasonable prices especially with the lunchtime offers on the tapas. Service was timely but not rushed.

I would recommend this local restaurant. They serve authentic Thai food with a good variety of choice with a real Thai flavour. Will return for sure.

Les flashy than the other Mangos in Southampton. This original is in a converted pub - and still has that cozy atmosphere. Great staff, but more importantly excellent food!

A lovely restaurant that provides quality food and great service. We go often to this Thai tapas restaurant as the menu is also great but a very good all rounder.

Food and service was excellent. From the moment that we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome and will be returning soon.

The food was excellent and very helpful, friendly staff. The restaurant could do with better exterior lighting as we couldn't find it very easily and parking is a bit tricky in that area. On the whole though it was an enjoyable experience.

The food was gorgeous and having the sampler menu meant we got to try lots of dishes! It was a bit strange that the table we were at had stools rather than chairs but it wasn’t too bad.

Amazing food - authentic, fresh etc. Relaxed but great service. Ask for a table in the front near a window, it’s a bit dull out the back!

At Mango, there is consistently great food and lovely staff with an unpretentious attitude. We go as often as we can. If you like Thai food, you’ll love Mango.

My partner and I went for a meal on a Saturday night. We had pre booked and arrived early but we're seated immediately. We were sat at the back of the restaurant in a nice little room which we liked because the front part seemed a little noisy and crowded. We ordered a bottle of wine and 6 tapas dishes. Everything came quickly and was absolutely delicious. It's a little pricey but worth it nonetheless. 6 dishes was probably a little too much but we were treating ourselves. Came to £58 which is probably reasonable for most but definitely a treat for students. There are so many choices on the menu but we were very happy with what we chose. I particularly recommend the pepper and garlic pork. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely go back.

We had a table of three and we were in the back room. Very small but cosy. Two of us sat like we were on a bus and our friend was sat on the end. This was the only down side. The food was amazing. Highly recommend the tapas style. We will definitely be visiting again

Wonderful food as per usual. We all tried new dishes and discovered new favourites. We even tried the jungle bugs. The music selection was a great mix as well.

Mango Thai- always great food, fast and friendly staff. Great for a quiet or big group meal.

Work meal- despite being at the back and cramped for space on the table we had a great meal.

Cosy friendly restaurant with comfortable atmosphere. Good choice of dishes, both small tapas style and main dishes. The green curry was very tasty, nicely spiced and with a good velvety sauce. The banana fritters however were not so good - the batter was too thick and undercooked. Overall we would return, but probably give the fritters a miss.....

Love coming to Mango. Great experience every time. Fantastic atmosphere, friendly and warm service ~ always seems like the staff care about you having a lovely meal. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. The food is out of this world and the menu is updated regularly with delicious options, so never get bored of what's on offer. The dessert menu is so good swell and their range of thai soft drinks are sublime!!

The Service was friendly and helpful, the food was of a very good quality with a good selection of Tapas and prices were very reasonable.

Lovely food, a bit hot where we were sitting but would go again. Unfortunately no tip left as the card machine didn't ask for one and we didn't bring cash. Worth remembering next time so you can ask waitress to add to bill total.

Amazing food, great atmosphere and loving the music in there. Staff are brilliant and friendly. Cocktails are the best, so exotic and yummy. Will be back there soon

Booked a table for 6 pm because we were going to the Theatre after. Very surprised to find the restaurant busy and staff actually having to turn people away. Lovely tapas and friendly staff. Best Thai Tapas in Southampton.

I amazing Thai tapas and curries good depth of flavour. Only issue can be very noisey in the front of the restaurant, music quite loud, but great atmosphere

Friendly and genuine service, amazing food and some of the best cocktails about :). Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area: especially the rhubarb cocktail!
