Mango Thai Tapas - Portswood

Lovely setting for a meal out with friends. Delicious food, brilliant friendly service and great atmosphere. We had 4 tapas between 3 of us with 2 mains and a rice and it was a perfect amount. All the food was yummy but all particularly loved the coconut chicken dish and the lamb curry. Food was served promptly but did not feel rushed to eat up and leave, which was perfect as the seating was so comfortable and we were happy to sit and chat the night away. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to anyone who wants a delicious meal served in a lovely relaxed restaurant. Thank you to all the staff for making it such a perfect evening.

Visited today the Tapas food was excellent, pad Thai noodles and the spare ribs were my favourite

Monday night curry deal (£10 for curry, rice and a drink) is very good value for money - delicious food, chilled atmosphere and very sweet waitresses.

First time here, but went on recommendation. Lived up to and surpassed expectations Excellent Thai food, lovely ambience, the waitress was very efficient and friendly, wish I lived closer it would be a place I would go to often with my family.

long wait times for drinks to arrive, ordered duck rolls was brought vegetable, waiting staff not very attentive.

Great food and good service that slowed down a bit as the evening wore on and the restaurant filled out. That was the only minor issue though. A great vibe and good to see a restaurant thriving and close to full on a Monday evening.

Mango cane highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint. The lamb massaman curry was amazing but all 7 of us enjoyed our chosen dishes. The service couldn’t be faulted and there was a lovely busy atmosphere, even on a Monday evening. Will definitely go back 👍🏻

The food is absolutely excellent, totally yummy. Which made the restaurant full even on a Monday night, so wait times to order and pay, just slightly longer than I'd like, but they came as soon as we called them so can't really complain. Very friendly too.

Very poor service. We waited about ages for food and service for the table. Food was lovely but I had to remind them about getting rice with my dish which they then served 10 minutes after I had my stir fry.

It was lovely and I would come back, and recommend to friends!

Went to mango for a late birthday meal with some family that had travelled from Hastings and we all had a great time, food was excellent.

After visiting Thailand and eating all sorts of Thai Cuisine It was interesting to find out whether you can capture the taste and aroma of a Thai street market back in the UK. Well we were amazed at the top quality food that was on offer . Recommended highly for a great friendly experience and you get the chance to sample fried crickets too !

The venue was great and the music and atmosphere was good. The service was a little cold, but Would try again.

Myself & husband went to the Mango before attending a music gig at The Brook. The service was welcoming, friendly & quick. The food was outstanding. We had very crispy fresh prawn crackers, Thai salad & green curry, all of which tasted authentic.
