For Persian cuisine that pleases all the senses, London’s Manoush is the place to be. Found along Queensway just steps from Bayswater underground station and Hydes Park, the restaurant couldn’t be in a more ideal location for both visiting tourists and local foodies. With a cosy shisha lounge where guests can enjoy tobacco flavours ranging from kiwi to bubble gum, Manoush has become a popular hangout and meeting point as well as a popular restaurant. If you’re new to Iranian cuisine, we recommend asking your friendly server for a recommendation – they’re always happy to help and knowledgeable about various dietary restrictions. Try out favourites like the shish kebab, vegetarian okra stew or lamb shank served up with their famous saffron rice. Be sure to book ahead to secure a table at this
Lovely food and friendly and attentive service. My reasons for not giving the highest rating was that I got a different starter than I ordered, although this got rectified, it still would have been nicer to eat at the same time as my dinner companion instead of waiting for my starter twice. Especially as I had only started eating my starter when the main course was brought out. But the food was delicious and portions generously sized. My other little gripe, which again contributed to 5 stars instead of 6, is that a 10% service charge was automatically added. I would have left a tip anyway, as I was happy with the meal, but don't like to be charged it automatically. I would definitely visit again if I find myself in that area of London again.
We have been to this restaurant a few times, as it is in the neighbourhood and we will keep going. Kopideh kebab is so big and so so good! All the mains are in very generous portions, which is great when you are hungry. Only disadvantage is that it's rather cold close to the door in winter.
Fantastic food, very generous portions . Healthy grilled food , delicious accompaniments. Excellent service , welcoming atmosphere Would definitely recommend it We had a lovely evening
