About Meejana - London
A Lebanese treat in the centre of Earls Court, London’s Meejana is so much more than the average Middle Eastern restaurant. They opened this addition to their Weybridge location in 2014, and have slowly been adding to the reputation that they built out in Surrey, providing one of the capital’s finest selections of shawarmas, mezzes and other favourites from their homeland. Meejana lies between Earls Court tube and West Brompton overground, on the corner of Radcliffe Gardens and Old Brompton Road, and is easily reached from all over London, so book and table and dander on over.

Meejana on Old Brompton Road in Earls Court brings together some of the most beloved aspects of Lebanese cuisine – a diverse range of mezzes, chicken and lamb shawarma options, wines from the Middle East – and then builds on them. This London restaurant’s menu changes as the day goes on, and their lunch options are a favourite for West London office workers. There are huge sharing platters – 6, 8, 10 or even 20 different mezze dishes to split around a group – as well as salads, wraps and plenty of vegetarian dishes, so you can be sure of pleasing everyone in your group.
While there are some you’ll want to share with your friends, family or colleagues, there are others that you just have to keep to yourself. Take the djej meejana, their house speciality, a chicken marinated in their home-devised twelve-spice sauce: simply too good to share. Regulars to this part of West London will also rave about the seafood – Lebanon has a long coastline, after all – and you’ll be spoilt for choice when you book a table at Meejana on Old Brompton Road in Earls Court.
very nice food and service . We all enjoyed a lot and also que kids . Quiet , beautiful , good price and quality ratio
The food was all incredible and the wait staff fantastic, even met the chef who came out personally to make sure we were enjoying everything - great service, great food and great value
Great food, good service and reasonable prices, I would definitely visit Meejana again. Great healthy food available too if you are watching what you eat.
Fantastic, freshly made food. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Best of many Lebanese restaurants in London we tried so far. We in particular liked the variety of "unusual" dishes, and the much more pronounced Flavours and spices used to achieve it.
1st visit here. First the good things-nice room, charming & helpful waiter. Hommous beiruty, sojuk & escargots mezze all really delicious. Red Lebanese house wine very drinkable. However, bread served with mezze was awful - either made earlier & reheated or bought in & microwaved, just dry & hard. Main courses of slow cooked chicken & lambshank tajine very poor - tasteless & without spice or seasoning. Strange choice of vegetables in tajine - overcooked cauliflower & broccoli florets!! Couscous particularly bad - inedibly bland & watery! Either it was Chef's night off or else quality control evident in the mezze just not applied to main courses. Such a shame. Overall, would still recommend Meejanah - just stick to mezze & you will probably have a fine meal.
Great food and v accommodating staff. Quite happy to let us make additional orders once we had finished all we ordered in "round 1 ". Only reservation is that it was not very busy which is surprising given its situation, the quality of the food, the length of time it has been open, and the fact that it was Saturday night. This makes for a lack of atmosphere which is a great pity as everything else about the place works so well
The food here is absolutely fantastic. I believe it to be the best Lebanese food, I have had so far in London. And certainly a lot better than at Comptoir Lebanais. There is quite a large selection of mezze and also of other food. I would really recommend the labneh and lamb kofta.
The food lived up to the reviews we'd read on Tripadvisor. Really tasty, fresh and plenty of it. The four of us chose the Chef's Menu - with lots of sharing plates. It was fabulous and we definitely plan to go again. Their Lebanese rose wine was a perfect companion to the food.
Service was excellent and the young woman was helpful, knowledgeable and able to provide us with excellent ordering advice. It was a cold and stormy night (!) and the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the food was excellent. Would recommend to anyone.
Very sophisticated cuisine, delicious to the last mouthful, and perfect service too. Decent wine list with middle eastern choices as well as the usual western european ones. Highly recommended for an unhurried, romantic meal.
Stunning food with very good service. Moderately priced wine. Great buzzy atmosphere with food coming out of the kitchen thick and fast. Excellent all round experience and would definitely recommend and plan to go again soon.
Wonderful meal with many new taste experiences! Our family of four had a lovely evening together and enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. The service was excellent as well.
Tasty food served in a congenial setting. There are not many surprises on the menu but the traditional mezze are all there. Not cheap but this is a part of London where you pay a premium for good food.
Delicious Lebanese food and charming atmosphere. Good sized portions for a nice taste of Lebanon. Can't recommend it enough, also for the friendly and warm service
This is our third time, we know what we like so we always order the same things. The place is nicely decorated and always been quiet each time we've gone, possibly as not many people know about it.
Really enjoyable food with plenty of choice. Set menus good when you can't decide for yourself. Friendly and helpful service, has a family feel to the place. Would visit again.
Lovely food with a huge variety to choose from, Will definitely visit again especially as there are lots of vegetarian options. Beautiful decor and reasonably priced.
Food was good but very small portitions and very expensive for what it was. Service was adequate. If you are looking for Lebanese food go to Edward road.
