Miyagi - Allerton Road

Amazing food and lovely cocktails. Restaurant was very busy but service was extremely attentive. Only criticism is the fact that the food comes out when it's ready and not all together a bit like tapas which meant some of the party were waiting without food whilst others were eating. Would still recommend though and will definitely visit again

Fabulous service, atmosphere and food! Really enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend to others. The beef taco is particularly nice and worth going back for on its own!

Great food,lovely and friendly staff, quite expensive but good for a special occasion. Seats not very comfy. Nice & clean & tidy inside. Will come back again.

Atmosphere very good, the service likewise and the food was excellent. It's the first time I have visited Miyagi in Allerton Rd. And was unsure of what to expect as some poor reviews had been posted. But I can ignore those reviews and everyone else should too. Those people must have been talking about another restaurant. Overall a great experience and one that I will repeat soon.

Great food and lovely atmosphere. Quite expensive as u need at least 3 dishes each. Live music on Fri nite added atmosphere though a tad loud! Or maybe I am old :-) amazing doughnuts!

The food was amazing and there was a brilliant atmosphere, the staff were really friendly and helpful too !! There was also an amazing singer on which made for a great night . I would definitely recommend miyagi ! X

Delicious food and nice and cosy decor in a pleasant location. It wasn't very busy but really enjoyed it and I will definitely come back again.

Sat very close to the people who were drinking at the bar. Kept getting knocked into by people drinking whilst eating our meal. The menu has changed since last time we went so not as much choice. Felt a little rushed once bill had been paid to drink up and move on so that the table could be used for another party.

Great service start to finish. Lovely atmosphere. Delicious food. Big portions for tapas style dining so doggy bag for lunch tomorrow. 😃 Highly recommended. Will definitely be going back there soon.

Food great tasting but brought out in strange order for e.g. Rice came last after most dishes eaten. Singer good but too loud for conversation to be held.

Loved the change to the menu since our last visit. The small plates were a welcome addition and enabled us to try a number of different dishes.

Easy to make a reservation using Quandoo. All requirements met, the food was excellent as always, as was the service. Very friendly atmosphere and relaxed environment, I prefer the menu now it has gone to a Tapas style, that way we could try a lot of different dishes. Will be back again very soon.

Fabulous food great staff and service - blackened cod, massaman curry, Korean chicken wings, pork gyosas, fried rice and salt and pepper chips - love love loved it

Had an amazing night at Mr. Miyagi's Alleron Road. We had really good service, fantastic food and lovely cocktails. Great atmosphere, will definitely be going back!!

Booked for 7.45. Unfortunately were not advised table had to be vacated by 9.15 until 8.50 when waitress casually mentioned as about to order one more couse prior to desert. Meant a rushed finish to what had been a nice evening.

Good restaurant, atmosphere wasn't as good for new year though - place emptied at 10.30

Lovely food, great wine and sublime entertainment! Having been to the Bold Street original this is equally as much of a different option for good in Liverpool.

Amazing food! Highly recommend for foodies. Good mix of sushi, more traditional items such as chicken Katsu and them some dishes with a twist. Busy friendly place.

Really tasty food and good service. Nice atmosphere and as it wasn't busy we weren't rushed. Very reasonably priced too. Would come back again for sure

Really excellent food in lovely surroundings. Especially loved the pork ramen, which I've heard so much about and the beef massaman curry was delicious! Highly recommend it!

Amazing food, great atmosphere, a little disappointed at how your table is only for a set amount of time. We were told before we had ordered our dessert that the table was needed in 25 minutes time, desert and final drink was rushed...disappointing as we hadn't been made aware that the table was for a set amount of time up until this point.

Love this place - great food/ value/ service. Just wished they had increased amount of sauce with Katsu chicken - this seems to have been reduced from previous visits.

Food was great as ever; however we hadn't been there for a while and we weren't impressed with the new small plates. It all seemed very rushed. We had brought some friends with us who were visiting for the first time and we felt a bit let down that it hadn't lived up to our descriptions. I don't think we will be back in a hurry

Busy restaurant even on a Thursday night, servers were attentive and helpful, checking we knew how the menu worked etc and that we had ordered enough. Food was tasty and well presented, with better provision for veggies on the new menu!

Lovely food and good service. Loved the chilli nori tacos. Three dishes per person is plenty we shared six with one extra side which was a bit much. Would definitely recommend

Miyagi never fails to deliver! The food was absolutely delicious I had the black pig gyoza and pork belly bao bun! The service was faultless too!
