Miyagi – Bold Street

Atmoshere and surroundings very nice, staff very attentative. The food was good in parts, the edamami beans were delicious and the belly pork. The pineapple dessert was lovely. The fried chicken and the jerk lamb were very disappointing. Will go back to try other dishes.

Fantastic service, quote from a waiter "this table is beautiful" made us laugh and smile, food was spot on, topped off with decent cocktails. Love the artwork on the canvas' and brick walls, 3rd visit and will definatley be back again and again.

Amazing food and amazing service, staff are so friendly and helpful, the menu can be a bit intimidating the first time you see it but you never feel embarrassed asking for advice

Lovely staff and surrounding but the food was incredibly salty and would not return. I'd go back for the cocktails though :-) A shame as it promised so much more

Fantastic! The staff are lovely and really helpful and the food is just delicious! I'd recommend ordering a few different dishes to share as its the best way to try various different plates. The softshell crab and tempura prawns are a winner!

Brilliant food, atmosphere and staff. Especially enjoyed the sashimi and the gyoza. Beautifully presented. Highly recommended and so close to the train station. Watch out for the sticky wings, they are hot hot hot.

Great restaurant, food was excellent and the drinks where better. Would definitely recommend to a friend. And the interior of the restaurant was pretty swanky.

Really friendly service, great atmosphere & decor inside the restaurant. Food is truly outstanding! Currently live in London and I would still say it's one of the best restaurants I've ate at in ages. Will be back again very soon :)

Went here with my boyfriend for a meal, the menu was a little hard to understand, and we were seated right by the toilet when there were plenty of other tables free which was off putting. However the food was amazing.

Top notch food, absolutely delicious. Faultless & friendly service. Would have scored top marks but for the fact it is a little bit pricey. Will definitely make a return visit tho & will be recommending to others

Food was lovely but should of maybe ordered something extra as the portions we chose were wuote small, I think the waitress should of told of this. Otherwise the food we did get was lovely.

Really good atmosphere, lovely food and great cocktails. Would thoroughly recommend to friends and will be coming back again soon. I'd be interested to try it during the day with lots of the small dishes for lunch.

Excellent Asian fusion food. Fresh wasabi was grated in front of us. The ginger was the nicest I've ever has. I had the bento box- which was delicious (except the chicken skewer which was a little to salty) The décor is beautiful- a really great place for dinner- with great service.

This is literally the best place I've ever eaten. I've probably eaten here upwards of 30 times since it opened last year. You have to try the belly pork bad buns.

We visited the restaurant at lunch on a Saturday. They were turning people away as it was fully booked. Notwithstanding this the service was fantastic. The food was great and the atmosphere really good. The only shame is that Manchester city centre cant boast something like this. As good as Hakkasan but a third of the price!

Sushi dishes are a bit small, but everything is delicious and the waitress was really nice and helpful when we needed help to decide what to eat.

I've been a few times to Miyagi and love it but I brought two newbies along with me and they were huge fans. The staff were friendly and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful food, beautiful interior and great staff. My friend has an egg allergy and they were very accommodating, cooking egg free egg fried rice and offering to make unbattered tempura peppers.

First time at Miyagi's. Read so many great reviews and seen many photos on social media of the food. Was not disappointed! Fabulous food and fabulous cocktails! Not cheap, reasonable for quality of food and possibly the happiest and friendliest waiter this side of the Mersey! Definitely not one to miss.

Lovely food I had tempora prawns, the chicken satay and the donuts (worth going just for the donuts) really good service. will be coming back again. Fair prices. Would recommend to anyone

Amazing food, surroundings, staff & music. Have been 4 times now & miagyis just gets better. We were seated straight away & spent most of the night there, much more than just a restaurant the bar upstairs is fab !

Fine. Some food over priced somewhat. Some very good value. Pick and mix really. Service is alright. Except for the regular drunk harassing you at the bar while you wait!
