Excellent service and fantastic food! Highly recommend for a special occasion or a fancy mid week meal, due to it being quite expensive, but definitely worth it!

The dishes are very delicious and the environment of the restaurant is good. BUT. Few Staff, it is hard for us to make order. The table is too small to fit the dishes we ordered, (6 people) The staff made some mistakes in our order list.

Good food, just could have done with being slightly warmer. Was just warm when arrived and soon became cold. Great atmosphere, food not too expensive. Would definitely return

Great food, service fantastic, staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great evening for my wife's birthday. Would recommend the lobster tacos!

We arrived and were greeted by a happy smiling face, our seat were cosy but comfortable for three. We were told about the style of dining option we had and our waiter was warm, fun and added to our evening. The food was fantastic as was the wine! The only disappointment was that we were asked if we would like to order any more drinks we did, we ordered 3 double vodkas with mixers and waited at our table, we could see the drinks had been poured, our waiter approached and said that because we had had our two hour serving time we would have to go to the bar to finish our drinks, I asked if we could at least have seats at the bar, he told us there weren't any seats available (the bar area was very busy) still we were told we couldn't stay at our table so we asked for the bill (£125) and cut my birthday celebrations short. If the restaurant would have been full I could have understood however there were lots of free tables at least 8 that I saw. After being offered the drinks it seemed in bad service not to serve them to our table and wasteful that they were poured and not used! A disappointing ending to an otherwise lovely experience

I booked this restaurant for my colleagues, on their arrival the restaurant refused entry, claiming no booking. It transpires the restaurant had lost the booking due to internet problems. Not impressed.

Whilst the staff were really nice, there was a lot of pressure as they had a "big party" in. Unfortunately, I have to say from the chicken lollipops (pieces of chicken on a plate) to the chicken dinner - my experience of the food was not very nice - my "mash" was cold, the sausage gravy was strange but unfortunately cold too and the greens consisted of mange tout and a side salad which was covered in salt. On the good side, the ice cream cones were lovely - a good sharing dish :)

Great service, food was good. Excellent seating area in booths. Music was a little loud. Looking forward to the newly re-furbed restaurant!!

Excellent food, would definitely recommend. Will be coming back again.

Neighbourhood is a lovely place to eat and drink, nothing but positive comments coming from me about my visit. Will definitely go back for more.

Great atmosphere would recommend for couples or friends. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The food was delicious and a great choice and the cocktails were lovely.

Funky interior and obviously the place to be, but officious and fussy waitress that was explaining everything that we'd ordered and whipping away our drinks the minute she deemed them to be empty. Couldn't actually enjoy our meal without getting interrupted every 5 seconds to see if we'd like to order any more from the overpriced menu. Can't deny that the food was nice but not enough of it and very expensive. Won't be hurrying back.

Recently had just been refurbished. The decor was lovely and sophisticated. The staff were really helpful. Food was delicious 10/10!! Would definitely recommend to go

Went for the early dining menu. Crispy duck sushi and fish and chips, food was very very good and good size portions too. Fantastic cocktails and very friendly staff. Will be back!

Food and service was excellent, but it felt as if the restaurant was in the middle of a nightclub. Unable to talk and people coming from the bar area to dance near to the eating area. My partner felt uncomfortable making her way to the toilet as she had to push through large crowds of men. Such a shame as had high expectations.

Food was good, service was a bit slow but friendly staff. Cocktails are average. Overall I think it's overpriced for what it is and I won't be going back

Excellent atmosphere and service, food very good but only downside was we were reminded several times that we had to vacate our table after 2 hours.. When we had only been there just over an hour!

Great night! Lovely food! Had a really enjoyable 3 courses. Staff were very welcoming, service was excellent. A glowing report by all accounts and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting great atmosphere and quality food.

Great food and staff were very helpful and attentive but not overly so.Would really recommend a visit here..especially with friends.The Photo booth was an added bonus!

Went for the early dinner menu (pre7pm) The sushi was amazing well presented and gorgeous to taste. Had the steak fritte for mains, was asked how we wanted, both wanted medium, and the waiter stated pink... it was nice, but hardly pink, bit too thin to have really! The bottle of blackmoor Merlot was a really stunning wine. Recommended, but spent more on the bottle of wine and water than x2 2 course meals! ...and I don't like service charge added to my bill before you decide if they deserve it! The waiter with the white trainers didn't!

We had requested a booth when we had booked online, however, when we arrived we were directed to a table, we mentioned the fact we had requested a booth and were informed that part of the restaurant was closed, the member of staff said they would speak to the manager, which they duly did and an a booth was then set up for us straight away. The two members of staff who attended to us were very attentive and polite, the food was superb and piping hot, wine was at the perfect temperature. Would definitely recommend.

Went on bank holiday weekend to celebrate a birthday! Very busy, great atmosphere. Staff very attentive, although very large queue for the toilets...waited over 20 minutes!

Excellent decor and atmosphere. Very good service from waiter and host. Unfortunately we were informed that we were not allowed to have the Valentine's day menu because we didn't specifiy this on making the reservation. We made the reservation online and we were unaware of this. The waiter was apologetic but we were only allowed to order from the A La Carte menu. We ordered the Sunday Roast which was good but disappointingly cold on arrival.

I went for lunch with a friend on a Saturday. The service was excellent, cocktails and the food was lovely. It would have been nice to show gluten free options on the menu.

We had a lovely evening at Neighbourhood, the staff were attentive and knowledgeable regarding the food and drink choices and the food was first class.

We had a large group booking, the food and service were both superb. We loved the 2 for 1 cocktails and the photobooth with props! Great venue and all round experience.

Great food , great place....had a lovely time. We both had James salad and a cocktail. Would recommend the fries with truffle oil, amazing!! Will return soon .

One of my favourite places in Manchester. Always amazing service, friendly helpful staff. Good music, lovely food! Not sure what cocktail I had but it was gorgeous.

Fabulous food, drinks and great atmosphere! A table by the window was a bonus. Lovely staff and very attentive. We Will go again for sure.

Always love the atmosphere. Great food and service and the mood was excellent. Took advantage of happy hour which was a bonus and our server Rinato really looked after us. Would really recommend a visit .

Gorgeous restaurant, fab service and even better food! Expected small portions as usually restaurants of this calibre tend to serve small portions but quite taken back by how big the min meals were. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go again

We had pre-booked a table, but wasn't ready when we got there so had quite a wait. I asked for my fillet steak medium/rare, but it came medium/well, however to be fair the staff were very apologetic and agreed that it was clearly not cooked as ordered. They took it away and brought me another one fairly quickly & it was cooked perfectly abd it tasted delicious! One thing that REALLY annoys me though is when restaurants automatically put a service charge on the bill. I don't like being forced to pay for service. The prices are not cheap anyway and the idea behind paying for service (or as it should be, giving a tip!) is that you give what you feel is appropriate for the service you received. Naughty Neighbourhood, stop being cheeky with your customers!

There was a great buzz about the place... People enjoying themselves.. The service was prompt and we were looked after really well, the food was really good and we didn't feel rushed! A great night out!

Lovely meal and great service. I had the chicken dinner and my friend had the sushi, which she said was the best she's ever had.

Good was very average. Service was good. Ambiance was very good.
