Nice table, good service. Food good, deserts pricey but knickbocjerglory spot , gateaux very small portion but nice.Sirloin steak good and cooked as requested. Will go again.

It was our first dining experience at Neighbourhood and we found the staff very friendly and helpful , it was very lively the ambience was excellent and it was 5pm on a Saturday afternoon, lastly the most important thing the food well , we enjoyed everything we ordered it arrived quickly no waiting , our server was attentive and very good at her job....

Lovely setting and atmosphere, there was a good selection of food and drinks at a reasonable price. Service was a little bit hit and miss but wouldn't put me off returning.

Superb food and superb service. A very warm welcoming restaurant with a fine bar. The interior and the whole ambience means Neighbourhood is a place worth revisiting.

Food was good but there was confusion over an advertised offer - the terms and conditions on my booking were not the same as what was in the restaurant. It got sorted in the end though and I would go back.

The food was lovely but the overall service wasn't great. We had to ask for plates after our afternoon tea had been on our table for over 10 mins. When our tea did arrive which was probably 15 mins after we'd started eating our afternoon tea, there were no tea spoons so had to stir my tea with a fork as I was breastfeeding and couldn't get out of my seat to ask. There was no soap in the baby changing area which I'd told the front of house lady about and when I went over an hour later to use the toilet again there still wasn't any. Shame really because the food was lovely

service could be better - plates were taken before everyone in the party had finished eating, waiter hovered too much, he wasn't very friendly! Food was very average - sushi amazing! Chicken and chips was not worth the money, short rib hash was weird, cod dish had no flavour at all - bad for £16.50! Warm cookies and milk - cookies were not warm in the slightest, and contained nuts. no mention on nuts on the menu and 2 of our party are allergic! box of doughnuts were amazing, and thank you for taking off the bill because of the nut issue. Live music was amazing! would come back just for him!

Wonderful choice, food, wine, service, atmosphere... a restaurant I keep coming back to. Great fillet steak! The only downside is that it is very noisy...

the food and the service at Neighbourhood were both excellent last night. There was good choice on the menu and would recommend it to others.

Overall enjoyed it, however our first choice was not available on the menu, and we felt a little rushed off the table as the bill was produced before we had finished as the table next to us also experienced. Great atmosphere, but a few finishing touches required on the service and menu...

In the main Neighbourhood is a really good venue but never quite lives up to its own hype. Starters and main course were excellent but dessert is another matter, the choice is at best lacklustre and if you have the audacity to charge £8.50 for a chocolate eclair it better be something special unfortunately I should have called into Morrisons on my way home for 4 for a £1 I also think automatically adding the gratuity to the bill is poor practice - it's earned not a given

Service was slow and the specials were not pointed out when ordering which would have enabled us to purchase a whole lobster at the same price as it cost us for half a lobster. Disappointed.

Great food and drinks. Atmosphere a bit loud for us but then again we were sat right next to the band so to be expected. Service was excellent too.

Great food, good service, and good atmosphere. My steak was cooked really well and the sushi was delicious. Would definitely return. The £25 3 course Tuesday menu looks great.

The food was barely warm served on cold plates will not be going again. The place was fitted out nice and the staff were well presented

Amazing service and amazing food. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and hAppy as we had a baby with us which was lovely. The surroundings are also absotley stunning felt really luxurious and a real treat, will definitely be returning!

Excellent service. Food was of a good quality and reasonable portion sizes. Very attractive decor. We ate mid week early evening so not too noisy.

Drinks, food and service were all spot on. Surrounding also beautiful. Could have been a little more choice on the lunchtime menus though, only choice of salad or fries with steak which I found a bit limited

Food was good. Where we sat in the dining area, the air con seemed to be turned up and we ended up wearing our coats even though we did ask them to turn it down. Other tables seemed to wear their coats too.

Much Preferred the restaurant before the refurb. Seems to have the feeling of an American Diner. However still had a nice meal, lovely food and cocktails.

Food was lovely, however the door staff were rather rude on arrival, and the service was attentive to the point that they wanted us out of the restaurant as quickly as possible.

Service wasn't to good at first but improved later. Also the afternoon tea was just okay sandwiches were slightly dry and scones were nothing special sorry but did not think it was worth the money!

The vegetarian main course was tiny but they took it off the bill - can't say fairer than that! Great atmosphere, lovely decor and awesome cocktails.

I spent a lot of time looking up the best place to have afternoon tea, because I was booking it for my Moms 60th Birthday treat. However I was rather disappointed. The afternoon tea itself was a little disappointing the selection of cakes was very mediocre. I was expecting there to be something a little bit more special and we had to ask for the actual tea! When we did ask we weren't asked what sort of tea we would like just bought one pot of normal tae and my Mom doesn't even drink ordinary tea. So again we had to ask someone for what else they had. The service was not attentive and considering where we were, was expecting a much higher standard. Overall I left feeling I had let my Mom down really as it hadn't been that special.

Nice new refurb and really enjoyed the lunch. They put service charge on the bill and then asked for gratuity on card machine, nice try.

Table bill included a discretionary service charge which was paid by card. Therefore no extra tip was given when entering card details. On leaving the restaurant, we overheard a remark about not leaving a tip when it was already included in the bill.

Excellent service. Good atmosphere although the live music was too loud so we had to shout at each other across the table to hold a conversation. When one of the meals arrrived with nuts sprinkled on top (for someone with a nut allergy) they were happy to quickly provide a replacement without the nuts.

Good atmosphere although a little out of it in the back. Service good food really nice, only downfall was the baby roast chicken, not much chicken still felt hungry.

Food was devine, service was excellent and entertainment was even better, if possible 👏🏼 Overall we had a lovely night and there is a great atmosphere in there. No complaints whatsoever!

Very disappointed with the food and the menu. Menu has gone very small, chicken starters were awful and when ordering a full sushi only got half and had to wait for the other half.

Great food and good service. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel very welcome. They staff couldn't have done more for us. Will be going back next week for another meal.

Food very good. Starter of Tempura prawns with wasabi dressing very tasty and lamb cutlets cooked perfectly. Very good service but not intrusive. Live singer and band were fabulous.

Starter salmon roll excellent and also good value. Lamb cutlets smaller than they used to be but still very tender. Service was good.

Disappointed about the services, table booked still have to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Ordered two drinks have to waited almost 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive ( asked twice and it appeared that the order was missed or lost so have to re-order). Main courses were arrived lukewarm apart from the chips. Surely the mains were cooked in advance as they're arrive straight after we finish the starters. Foods was much better before the revamp. Took 20 minutes for the bill and another 15 minutes wait to pay the bill.................... Surely after about 3 weeks reopen the place still having teething problems.

The service was really good. The Starter and main were great but the dessert was disappointing. We had 50% off so it was actually a good deal.

We were a party of 7 celebrating my Mum's 73rd Birthday. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and took our order when we were ready. She remained very attentive throughout. The starters we ordered were really good; very fresh and tasty especially the Lobster Tacos. Most of the the main courses were good however my Mum's goat's cheese salad was very disappointing - the pastry base tasted very burnt. One of our party had chicken which was tasty but unfortunately very red/pink near the bone. When they complained, the manager very promptly came over and spoke to us. He was extremely courteous, apologetic and sorted things out in a very professional manner. Excellent customer service!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, the choice on the menu is great and the food delicious. We had, amongst other things, the chateaubriand which was one of the best I've ever had. I'd definitely go back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.

The food was absolutely delicious but the service left a lot to be desired for. Each drink ordered took about 20 minutes to arrive at a period when the restaurant was not busy.
