We had a lovely evening at Ognisko. It really is the place to go for a special occasion. Not budget but then there are white table cloths on the tables, an extensive cocktails menu and delicious food served by professional friendly staff.

Party of four chose to come here based on the wonderful reviews this restaurant gets and here is one more! Cocktails beforehand in the bar which were delicious. We all ordered from the pre-theatre menu and we were all impressed by the quality and flavour of the food. The desserts, in particular, very impressive, and all excellent value for a 3 course meal at £22/ head. We will definitely be back and soon!

Pre Albert Hall after noon concert. Lovely venue and excellent value for the set lunch we had. Would certainly recommend and hope to return.

A really classy restaurant, beautifully laid out and not noisy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is Polish and extremely tasty. An excellent meal - and certainly copious. Wine list is also good. Highly recommended

Took my work colleagues, one of whom is Polish, another of Polish parents and they loved it - which I’m glad as it is one of my favourite restaurants. Food was fantastic as always.

This is a lovely buzzy restaurant. A beautiful room, busy bar and good interesting food. The flavoured vodka and charming friendly service are a bonus. Go there!

This restaurant is situated in convenient street opposite the main entrance of Imperial College, The room is elegant, and the terrace delightful when in use. The service is friendly and efficient, the food delicious, and the wine list contains a good variety of choice.

Lovely food and ambience. The service is also good, no one rushes you so you can savour every course. I would recommend Ognisko without reservation.

Great staff member, beautiful surroundings and fab food. Will defiantly go again. Google maps takes you to behind the building so look out for the front on your way to your ‘desination’.

The food was excellent had sirloin salad good house wine & vodka. BUT the noise was unbearable. Using my earphone, even with background noise turned off conversation was difficult

Wonderful food, great atmosphere, slow service, it was very busy, but the staff were still very attentive and the complimentary vodka was divine. I also recommend the champagne vodka cocktails.

Really simple to book, and a great restaurant - nice decor, tasty food. We very much enjoyed eating there, and the terrace out back was lovely to sit out on.

As good, if not better, than the day 11 years ago when Ognisko hosted our wedding reception. Bold menu, attentive service, delightful ambience.

Good food in the most delightful setting -- a terrace overlooking a garden -- with a pre-theatre menu right next to the Royal Albert Hall. Elegant building, decent menu, good service. The perfect find.

A lovely restaurant in summer or winter, always great service, discrete atmosphere and delicious offerings! Highly recommend for romantic dinner, pre-proms dinner or intimate evening with friends. White tablecloths, silver and good wine.

Lovely food and drink, friendly staff, lively atmosphere, terrace overlooking Princes Gardens. I can see it becoming one of those places we visit again and again.

excellent location. Very friendly staff but the potato salad with the Holsteiner Schnitzel was terrible. Never seen anything like it and it tasted dreadful. I have been coming many times and I will come again August 7th. The potato salad did not put me off.

Quality food, beautifully presented but at reasonable prices. Venue and ambiance very stylish but also warm and welcoming. A combination that I imagine is difficult to beat. A real gem.

Great food, brilliant service in a splendid setting. And, yes, the chilled vodka. Quiet spot in the middle of nature in the middle of Central London.

All good, save that we had to wait a long time for our main course. They were both first class, as was our soup (chlodnik).

The cocktails are amazing, so would recommend drinks. The food, while superbly prepared, is very rich and strongly flavoured. The ambience would benefit from some music. The restaurant is fairly priced considering the location. Probably would not rush back for a meal but certainly for drinks and snacks at the bar.

My wife and I very much enjoyed or pre concert meal at Ognisko and will certainly be going back again next time we go to the Albet Hall. Stewart and Janet Tate

Exceeded expectations. Great food, Great location. Great service and surroundings. Pre theatre menu is fantastic value with traditional Polish offerings. Definitely try the Vodka shots.

Amazing restaurant. The food took slightly longer than usual but we were offered rose on the house. The food tasted very nice and had a lot of flavor. The service was excellent.

Excellent meal sitting outside in the Ognisko's newly refurbished alfresco dining area. The food as always was sumptuous and beautifully presented from a very attractive Polish menu. The only criticism - please can the waiters smile more ? They seem so unhappy.....perhaps they've just arrived from Poland ?

We had a great time at Ognisko restaurant. We visited it on the sunny day and got a table in the garden. The food was delicious and the service excellent. We’ll definitely come back there.
