Food came up extremely quickly once we ordered which makes Me think it isn’t cooked fresh. No hot towels after dinner. Deserts weren’t much choice!

We came over to celebrate friend of my birthday! food was yummy as usual but we had to wait long time for our main course! over an hour after finishing our starters. Also lots of tables around us already left by the time we receive our main course !staff was polite but not very attentive!

We’ve been eating at Patpong for 15 years and have never had such ordinary service and average food. We feel the restaurant is really ageing. Served my dish cold and didn’t even give an apology.

we had booked a table of Ten, and a few guest were running late. the staff were more than accommodating, reassuring us that if was not a problem. They even assisted us in squeezing in an extra guest at the very last minute. ps the food is amazing!!!!!!

Up at 2am with a dodgy tummy. Please check the chicken satay carefully as I knew it was this when I ate it! Other than that, I had a beautiful meal.

We have been to this restaurant several times because we enjoy the food so much however we went yesterday for Mother's day and the service was awful. I have never experienced staff so rude to customers in my life, we are a small family and they was very miserable which really ruined the atmosphere. They took forever to take plates away and was making every encounter with them dreadful.It got to the point where we did want to to say something to them however we knew it would ruin our mothers day, i am very upset with the rudeness of the staff and will not be coming back.
