Pat Pong

The staff at Pat Pong always give Excellent service. They always provide Excellent food just the way you want it cooked. We always enjoy going there and look forward to the next time.

The food was very nice but the service wasn't good at all , The staff wasn't on hand as much as they should've been. When we go to the restaurant we stood around and no one came up to us, they didn't check to see if everything was ok whilst we were dining

Lovely food. Only thing I could fault is the air conditioning, bit chilly🙁 I had the prawns with cashew nuts, it was delicious, if your a prawn fan, I recommend it.

The food and service are excellent with a great range of dishes available, including some Thai sweets that I have not seen any where else.

The food is great I've been here before but not for some years so I thought I'd takes some mates that have never been they were all impressed with the food and would go back. The food as so much taste to it. We will be returning again at some point in he future .

Efficient, friendly service and lovely food. They quickly moved us when I was too chilly underneath the air conditioning and were happy to do so. Highly recommended.

The food as always was amazing (we usually get takeaway but had never sat down to eat at the pat pong) service with a smile in a lovely restaurant and our friends liked it too

Wonderful food, very good service and great atmosphere. A firm favorite and probably the best Thai food i've tasted. No wonder its always full! Make sure you book!

Good service, lots of choice on the menu - food very tasty and nice and hot. Staff attentive and brought drinks to the table immediately. Took starters as wwcouldnt decide on mains. Would recommend

The food was great but as usual, customer service was non-existent. The staff seem to engage more with old clients and pay no attention to new or in-frequent ones. Everyone deserves the same attention and the feeling of being welcomed!!!!!

A lovely experience and one we will enjoy again. Wonderful food with all the enhancing subtle Thai flavours which brought back memories of our holidays in this country. Very good service.

Lovely food with excellent service. Liked how they left reasonable time between courses for us to enjoy the evening instead of feeling rushed, it made all the difference and completed the evening.

Food was good, , but service was a bit abrupt and we felt we were being rushed out. The atmosphere was not as relaxed as we had hoped.

Amazing food, authentic and friendly, I would highly recommend a visit here and the sweet and sour cod is amazing, as is the pad Thai

I went for my (gasp) 50th Birthday last night 19th November 2016. Table pre-booked online the night before for 20:45 for 4. The service and food was lovely! I would certainly go again am am thinking which friends to bring next! The food was tasty and delightfully presented and the drinks a nice finish to the evening. This is a place for special occasions, but somehow I think this will become my regular guilty pleasure!

Often visit Pat Pongs on a Saturday last Saturday the service was not so good also we sat near the door again and although it's Summer it was still draughty!

Food and service excellent as usual. One of our party was late but no pressure from the staff to order. One of the best in E4.

Great food - especially papaya salad, green curry and coconut pancake. All freshly cooked. The service also very good, even though they were very busy.

We had a great meal with excellent service. The waitresses were helpful and informative and the food delicious. We love this restaurant and will be back soon.

A lovely table in the middle of the restaurant, we were seated within a few minutes. There were already prawn crackers on the table and we had drinks within a few minutes of ordering. The starters came up piping hot, however they forgot to give us a finger bowl for the ribs. We then waited 15 minutes for our main which was just right so that we could digest our starters. Our plates were piping hot and the staff were attentive to empty glasses and dishes and took them straight away which meant we didn't have a cluttered table. The restaurant was packed with a couple of birthday party guests and the whole atmosphere was conducive to a lovely evening.

Food and service excellent as usual. No wonder people keep going back. The starters are specially good - it's worth going there for those alone. Our only slight criticism is that the noise levels were rather high.
