Patara - Soho

Fantastic service from the moment we entered and the food was wonderful. We had a show to catch at 7:30, and the staff were great about ensuring we were done by 7 without making us feel rushed.

We had an amazing dining experience - the service, ambiance and food was excellent - would highly recommend this beautiful restaurant if you love Thai food - truly authentic!

Patara is my favourite Thai restaurant in London. The food is always excellent and beautifully presented. A great place to dine with a good buzz.

Fantastic food with a great service. Ideal for a pre theatre dinner. The cocktails were interesting with a twist of some classics. This is our third time there and will be visiting again!

Good service, great food, just feel that the tables are too close together to enjoy a relaxed meal. The restaurant was not full but felt like I was touching elbows with the adjacent tables.

Great food. Great Service. Very varied and unique selection of Thai dishes. NOTE: When a Dish is marked with 3 chillies on the Menu and states V Hot in the Menu key, they are not kidding - Truely Spicey

The food and the location are simply perfect for a proper date. The service is very good and gentle. It is costly and not so cheap!

Lovely elegant dining experience, service was impeccable and food delicious. My son and husband had the vegetarian set menu which was incredible - so much food we couldn't eat it all but the manager arranged for it to be packaged so we could take it home! I would highly recommend this restaurant right in the heart of Soho for a lovely romantic or family meal. The staff make you feel very relaxed and were lovely.

Food was terrific as always. The service was a little slow at times, but probably because they were quite busy. Always polite and quick to respond when you do ask for something. Great place to enjoy a dinner with friends.

I have lunch with a 2 set course menu. The service is very efficient and the staff is extremely friendly and polite. The food is good and tasty, although I may prefer a bigger portion for my money. Overall, it is an enjoyable experience.

The food was authentic,exactly like what we had in Thailand. The deco is beautiful and the atmosphere is nice.Definitely would go back again to Patara!

Have been many times before but this will be the last time. The food wasn’t very nice and there was a real sense of being rushed. As soon as we put the last mouthful of food in our mouths our plates were removed. Very polite service which is why the score isn’t lower.

We had a wonderful meal for my daughter's 18th birthday, the service was excellent, the food and wine sublime and I would love to visit again next time we are in London. Thank you for the very informative explanation as to what Pendang custard was....in the delicious pancakes.

Still one of my favourite restaurants in London - the food is sublime and everything else is first class. Except.....one point: watch out with the service if you aren't very full. It can become a bit overwhelming - we were deep in conversation and were interrupted way more often than was needed

Patara was outstanding - Food was superb and cook, spiced and prepared perfectly. The service was good, but not great. Wine list was a wee bit short and out of several wines, which was disappointing. The food however made up for it.

Took some clients out for lunch and they really enjoyed it. The one downside would be that it was very quiet and not much of an atmosphere.

Excellent quality food. Slightly pricey. Very quick service and polite staff. We opted for the set banquet meal, which gave us a good selection of food. Will definitely visit again on a special occasion. Very close to Phoenix theatre.

Great Food Maybe a Bit too expensive in total. Loved it though. Good Service and Nice farewell. Try out the 63 and the 29 as a starter.

I had been to the Berners Street location before. We were not disappointed at the Soho location. As anticipated, food and service were great. Will go there again on my next trip to London!

Great service, excellent food! Great spot for before theater dinning. Restaurant was beautifully decorated, staff very friendly. Asked to alter dinner selection slightly and this was no problem for them. Sticky rice pudding for dessert was great.

My all time favourite Thai restaurant in central London. Great food, corteous and friendly staff, lovely venue. Improvement point - the wine list could be expanded a bit. Try the chili and garlic duck - delicious.

A truly wonderful experience. The ambience was perfect, the service was great. We explained we were in a hurry as we had to get to an event, and the chef was notified and our meals arrived as promptly as possible. Our food was perfect, truly amazingly tasty. We had a great time here.

Food and service is good. Just was a little difficult to communicate with the staff as some did not speak English very well. But overall, it was a good, food comes warm and its tasty.

Food was fantastic. I had their signacute pad Thai dish with king prawns which was divine. Service was a little slow but very friendly staff.

We requested for the vegetarian special menu but were told this didn't exist. We showed the staff the menu from the website and were still denied this. Ended up having to order from the standard menu and spent double of what we would have had we been offered the advertised vegetarian option.

Lovely restaurant with great service. Lighting is for a nice evening. Food was on great and very traditional. Only problem was there was a little bit less curry sauce with the panang and tofu hot basil dishes. I personally feel the sauce is what makes a thai dish. Would love to come back

Excellent service , delicious food! They have 3 different types of menu including a pre theatre one, which I've tried and I loved it. I would reccommend this restaurat for sure.

Staff and ambience were very good but prawns were raw in curry and had to send it back. The banquet is huge! Only order it if you are really hungry!

An excelent service. The food was really nice and u felt welcome in every situation. Also the toilets were clean and has a nice theme.
