Qua Italian Restaurant

Wonderful dining experience from start to finish. Great staff - brilliant atmosphere and superb food. Would certainly recommend Qua to anyone. Look forward to returning soon.

Absolutely first class food, service and all round ambience! We were treated like royalty, the waiters and manager took the time to chat and make us feel welcome. I love that this is a genuine italian restaurant, not a big chain or an "Italian" where all the staff are scottish! This is my favourite eatery, we don't go often enough but I would not go anywhere else when I get the chance.

Wonderful welcome, wonderful food, wonderful service. First time at Qua and it definitely won't be the last. A warm welcome at the door which set the tone for the evening. Friendly staff and tasty food.

Great pre theatre deal and very friendly service. The restaurant was busyish at 5pm on a January Friday and it continued to get busier as the night went on.

Had another great night at Qua Italian. Food amazing & great value for money. Service is so good & the waiters are very entertaining. Cant wait to return.

Good food at a reasonable price. Friendly staff and good service. Early evening dinner was good value. Portions slightly smaller than main menu but fine for the reduced price you pay.

Excellent relaxed atmosphere and good basic Italian cuisine. Generous portions.Very good value for money and splendid service. Meal for 3 with veer wine 2 courses coffee and 2 liqueurs for 120.

Friendly attentive staff. Food well cooked and presented. Good to be able to order small portions. Would recommend this restaurant for lunch. Very good value.

Service, food and value for money were excellent. We ate from the 'light bites' menu where portion sizes were described as 2/3 of normal, which was just as well, as we could not have eaten more food! The ambience was great and all members of staff were very attentive without being overbearing.

Really great service and food was very good value for money. The lighter bites were of a good size, probably not much different in size than full portions. House wine a tad pricey. Food was perhaps served too quickly. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic meal served by absolutely brilliant staff who made us most welcome from when we entered the restaurant till we left, great value for money as well.

Great food and great service, as always! Always our first choice if we're going out for an Italian meal in Glasgow. Worth making a reservation, especially at the weekend as it can be a really busy restaurant, and after you've eaten you'll know why!

Very good service nice meal would return again nice area buzzing at weekend only one small were charged £5 for four small pieces of garlic bread.

Sadly, very disappointed after reading the reviews prior to booking. Pasta and risotto brought to the table within 5 minutes of ordering and clearly pre made and heated up. It's not like I don't know what I'm talking about, I am half Italian and was reared on Italian food.

We had an absolutely gorgeous meal and the staff were superb. I would definitely recommend to others and I look forward to my next visit.

very friendly, children made very welcome. food was very good with decent portion sizes making good value for money. my only criticism is the 1hr 45m time limit. that should be plenty but the service was a little slow at times so I got a little stressed that we may overstay our welcome through no fault of our own.

Food was excellent. Staff seemed under pressure and very little time between courses.Excellent tip given with no appreciation. Overall a nice place to eat with good prices but dont bother taking your jacket off if arriving before 7 pm as you will be rushed. I will visit again to reevaluate this review and enjoyed the food and the banter with the staff.Please try it yourself and form your own opinion as Qua was well worth a visit. I booked in advance hence no waiting time in the review

Good atmosphere and warm welcome, nice starters but the steaks were very poor quality. The whole place could do with a redecoration too! We have had better meals at lower cost.

Very friendly staff, older style family orientated Italian restaurant, food very good, a little let down by the white chocolate profiteroles, they were standard profiteroles smothered in instant whipped cream. we would go back anytime.

Good cuisine and very friendly if not over the top service. Not many customers at Thursday lunch. Reasonable prices, could be slightly better value. Lots of competition on the Glasgow restaurant circuit.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the choices were wide and varied. There was also a lovely ambience in the restaurant.

Starters were lovely and good sized portions. My main didn't live up to expectations but the other two mains were enjoyed by my family. Didn't have time to sample desert, however, I will go back and try other dishes including desert...
