Qua Italian Restaurant

This was our first visit to this restaurant and it won't be the last the food,staff and atmosphere where all excellent we would highly recommend it

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was buzzing ,staff were very efficient friendly and chatty, and the free Lemoncello to finish was a nice touch .

Perfect service, lovely food, great people working there. I can't recommend it enough. Even though it was a busy Saturday night, Paolo found a nice and quiet spot as promised.

We really enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. Food was very good . Good size portions too .only disappointment was most of the other tables got s shot of lemoncello with their bill and we didn't.

We had an excellent meal with a great selection on the menu. Staff were very friendly and our meal was served in a timely manner without fault.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, from the very warm and friendly welcome until leaving the restaurant. The quality of the food was first class as was the service received from all of the staff. Just love family run Italian restaurants.

Service was excellent and waiters were very helpful. Good food and generous portions. £1 for a dash of soda is a bit steep though. Nice and Christmassy with crackers and decoration.

Excellent food, atmosphere and service. A evening meal out with tired 6 and 3 year old children was surprisingly very pleasant dut to the very attentive staff. Big thumbs up!!

Must be the noisiest restaurant I’ve been in for a while. I prefer something quieter but everyone seemed to be having a good time. The food was excellent apart from the prawn cocktail which was way too big for a starter. The waiters were friendly and attentive and served us quickly which was good as we were going to a concert afterwards. I didn’t like the ladies loos. These definitely need some work doing on them. Hand washing and drying all carried out by sensors which didn’t work very well. But the main thing has to be the food for which I would return but maybe not too quickly.

Great experience, lovely staff who couldn't have been more attentive. Lovely food. Only one small gripe - asked for extra chilli on my pasta dish - only to be charged a £1 for the privilege. Didn't bother me - just left a £1 less tip. Just a shame. Glad we refused the limoncella at he end - presume we would have been charged for that too. Would definitely return & recommend to others.

Fined here Friday 1st December. First class food service and atmosphere. Menu has plenty of choice and all very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent atmosphere and staff, as well as great food. Very busy on a Saturday night so best to book. Would recommend to anyone looking for great Italian food in the Merchant city.

Loved it, was made to feel right at home. The staff clearly new what they were doing, they didnt pester us and anytime we needed anything they were right their. The owner/manager I believe his name was Tony/Tommy was just great. Lovely food, tad expensive but for the quality i didn't really mind paying the price, bare in mind we are both students so different price scale than others.

The food was excellent, the portions generous, the service efficient and friendly. We were given a fantastic place on a table made out of a tree trunk. A very enjoyable evening.

Lovely meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Had a inferno pizza and my wife had a creamy pasta. It's a great place as the atmosphere was buzzing because it was so busy. We would definitely go again.

We were refused a drink as we were told the table was needed despite there being 6 empty tables and the the Manager was argumentative and walked away mid conversation, very unprofessional.

Been to QUA a few times and the menu is great, and very reasonable price. We had the 2 course, staff always make you feel welcome.

Great wee restaurant! The staff were all great - very funny and brilliant with the kids. It felt a bit like being in a comedy show!!! The food did not let us down either. DELICIOUS. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back and would recommend Qua to everyone.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere provided throughout our visit yet again. We are returning customers and this is our favourite restaurant in the City. Superb.

Service good. Food average. Pate was tasteless. Pizza ok. Good portion of lasagne but again average. House wine was nice. Waiter kissed me in the way out which came as a surprise.

This has got to be one of the best dining experiences we have had recently. Booked as a result of customer reviews and a glowing review by Tam Cowan the food critic, we were not disappointed. The restaurant is spacious but unpretentious and has some of the finest Italian fare that we have sampled in recent years. The service was exemplary. Attentive but not in your face and with great passion and customer care. Paco and Munti our waiters, had us in stitches throughout our stay with their lively banter and witty repartee. You almost felt as if you were the only diners in the restaurant, which was in fact quite busy and their flawless service made our visit the outstanding success that it was. We will be returning shortly for more of the same.

Booked dinner for my mums birthday, the staff were great and as a surprise sang happy birthday and the chef made a special dessert with a birthday candle! The food was delicious and excellent value for money! Will definitely be back!

Food was very good; 2 had a la carte and 2 the Light Bites menu - which was very good portion wise as you could have three courses and not feel stuffed.

Went for lunch with my wife on her birthday (was also our wedding anniversary). We both had lasagne and tiramisu, which were both lovely, and were served quickly and courageously.
