Rude staff one waiter especially and had sea bass covered in a sauce surcharging £3 the fish arrived mush the day after I’m still having stomach issues was certainly not fresh avoid

On arrival we were given a genuinely warm and friendly welcome, and things just continued to get better. The menu is extensive and interesting but not baffling. The specials are good value AND special. The wine list caters for all tastes. However the real stand out excellent feature is the staff. They went out of their way to be helpful and to make our visit special.

Lovely food, great service. Only (very slight) negative was no dairy alternative milk for vegan diner.

We had a choice of 6 Italian restaurants in The Merchant City so looked through all the reviews and decided on Qua and we are so glad we did! The best Italian we have had! I always have spaghetti carbonara and fab to see it on the menu as it should be, not loaded with cream but can be added by request. My husband had penne arribiata and also loved it. The tiramisu was amazing and we had such a lovely meal. The staff were wonderful with special mention to Federico who toasted our anniversary with us which was just really nice touch and Luca who said goodbye like we were family! We felt relaxed throughout our meal and will absolutely recommend the restaurant to friends and will be back! Thank you all for making our 10th wedding anniversary meal so special!

Came for my 21st birthday meal with my family. The service was exceptional. The waiter noticed it was my birthday & brought me out a candle in my dessert at the end. Also, very polite, great atmosphere & the food was delicious. Not too expensive either! Will definitely be back. Thank you again for the wonderful service & adding to making my 21st a memorable day.

This was my third visit to Qua and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly welcome and the most delicious food. Also the best Tiramisu I’ve ever tasted!

Very quick and felt rushed. Food was good but the steak was slightly over cooked as I was wanting this medium but was well done. Starters and desert were nice.

Good location, nice atmosphere. Service wasn’t great. Popular with big parties so small tables seemed to be left waiting. Mozerella was amazing. Everything else was tasty but wouldn’t rate this the best Italian I’ve had.

Were at Qua today for the first time. We ate of the set menu which was fantastic. Portions were great. I have a garlic intolerance and there was no issue with ordering. Staff were absolutely fab. We will be back

Food and service was excellent. Restaurant was very busy but staff coped well, quickly and efficiently. Got this as a Christmas present from our son and would recommend it as a great present to give anyone. Will definitely be returning! Katrina

Excellent Italian food with the feeling of a small family restaurant in the middle of Glasgow. The home-cooked tiramisú was delicious! And the possibility to have different sizies of the dishes are great. We will add the reataurant to our "must visit" list for Glasgow and the Celtic Connections.

One of the finest restaurants in Glasgow, from the time you enter till the time you leave the staff make every effort to look after you, including a good bit of banter. Food is out of this world, so fresh full of real Italian flavours and not overly priced.

The restaurant was very busy but this did not adversely affect the quality of food and service, which was excellent. We have visited this restaurant several times and it has always been good. I particularly enjoyed the home made Italian sausage.

Family meal was lovely. Had the light bites menu so only £55 for the four of us including drinks . My wife found the melon and salad a strange combination. Everything else was lovely. Nice and friendly staff.

This was our first visit to Qua, and we were not disappointed. We had been looking for a pre theatre meal near to the Old Fruitmarket and Qua was well placed with a very reasonably priced menu, good food and friendly service. I'm sure we'll be back for next year's Celtic Connections if not before.

Lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious. Extensive menu to choose from and the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Would have given 6 points but it was a bit chilly in the restaurant when we arrived although it did warm up. Would definitely recommend.
