Red Mezze

Very nice staff, my partner really enjoyed her meal, I thought mine was ok, have had better moussaka but I guess everyone makes it slightly differently. Overall I'd happily recommend this restaurant

A very friendly and authentic environment. the food could not be faulted and extremely good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend to others and I shall certainly be back.

Excellent food. Served quickly. Mixed service though. Most staff very friendly but one in particular was not and slightly spoiled what would have been a perfect experience.

Beautiful food. Helpful friendly staff. Highly recommend. We always go before or after the match and have the three course special. Everything is very tasty with plenty of it.

Have eaten at Red Mezze before and this was a similar experience. Booked online in case it was busy with local events taking place and promptly shown to table. Drinks sorted first, easy ordering and great food. ate 2 courses, starter and mains, and with drinks, the bill was a reasonable £30. Well worth a visit.

Lovely meal and staff friendly but service in taking drink and meal order was a bit slow particularly for a Monday evening. However would definitely go back again

Always a great restaurant to go to! Brilliant Turkish food. I had the shish and chicken combo, lovely taste and plenty of it. Don't order bread as it comes with the meal

Food was lovely as it always is. This is one of ny favourite restaurants. However the member of staff who served us had a bit of attitude, which was not pleasant.

Delicious Turkish food and great value for money. The restaurant was very busy and had a real buzz about it. The staff are very friendly and attentive. It was our second visit and we will definitely be back.

What can I say about Red Meze. Fabulous Food. Lovely friendly staff who always welcome you back. Cosy friendly atmosphere. And reasonable prices. Good location too and you can sit outside in the summer and hear the Leaves roar on match days

This restaurant was awesome! There was a buzz as soon as we entered and the waiter who looked after us had instant charm and personality. The food was tasty, light and well cooked. We really enjoyed the experience overall and would definitely return and recommend Red Mezze to other people.

Excellent value and good choice of menu. Ideally situated after shopping in Newcastle and good car parking facilities nearby. Would highly recommend a visit there.

I was really excited to try Red Mezze as I have had it on my 'list to try' for quite some time. I had heard really good things about this place and it didn't disappoint. The food was really tasty and staff were friendly will definitely be going on my 'to go back to' list!

Even though the restaurant was really busy (it was a football match night) the staff were great, meal was delicious and everything was really good

First time I've been here. We had the early menu prior to a evening at the theatre and were delighted with the available choice, the standard of service and, of course, the food. All at very reasonable prices; we'll definitely be back.

Excellent Turkish place. Lamb was superb and not overly priced. Quite small and busy so expected a wait but service was quick as well as friendly.

It has a good menu, nice food and the service is also good. Food was served very quickly. It's just a pity it's not very wheelchair accessible.

Very busy pre-match but having booked - it still took 10 mins to be seated. Service was quick and food was good. Been before and will go again.

Friends recommended us therefore a first visit for us. Didn't disappoint, fab food good atmosphere and lovely staff, very pleasant and great service. We even received a small delicious dessert to share which was a memorable gesture. We'' lost certainly return.

Booked for four people for a work lunch. We had to start very early - we got there before 12 - and the restaurant was fairly empty, but it rapidly filled up and there was a really good Friday lunchtime atmosphere suggesting a very well run business. The food was excellent, and the service was good. Some of the staff were a little brusque and not easy to get the attention of, while others were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a very good experience, and I made a mental note to go back there as soon as possible with the family.

The food and service were amazing. The portion sizes were very generous also. Although we went during happy hour, we ordered from the main menu and it doesn't disappoint. I would highly recommend to anyone to pay a visit to this restaurant. We were 30 mins early for our reservation but were seated straight away.

I have been to Red Mezze a few times now and the food never disappoints me, fabulous every time and excellent value for the price.

Love this restaurant,i had a early dinner meal and it was very good value and tasted lovely.Plenty of food as well.I would definitely return and recommend
