Slow service, out of soup dumplings and they forgot a dish that we ordered

we made a reservation but they forgot to book us a table. It was a busy saturday evening everywhere and we got denied entrance. We had to look for another place to eat.

The food at RedFarm is very creative and tasty. The service was excellent.

It was a great experience, but the food was slightly expensive.

They asked me if I wanted still or sparkling water I said still to after realise that the bottle cost me £5.50 that is really to much especially because I didn’t request it, they ask me … anyway you don’t think that it will be so expensive

Staff was lovely and the food was fantastic. Dumplings and spicy crispy beef were the highlights.

Been here a few times already and it didn't disappoint. My boyfriend has a garlic allergy but that was no problem. The staff checked with the kitchen to make sure the dishes we chose contained no garlic. The food was delicious!

Lovely food. The mushrooms and truffle dumplings are fantastic. The staff were very accommodating and fast at getting everything out for us in time for the theatre.

Service was very bad. The servers were not attentive. They somehow seemed to forget we were there. No one came to our table to take order even though I kept trying to make eye contact and waving at them. We asked for water three times and no one gave us water. We even waited for our food for an extremely long time. No one checked in on us asking how everything is during our dining time there. It also was difficult to get someone’s attention to pay. Food is ok but with this bad service I will not go back or recommend this place to others.

How is it possible that you can make a reservation after the kitchen closing time. This needs to be fixed on your booking system and if you’re expecting a guest, would be nice to ask the kitchen to stay a little longer.

Really amazing dim sum. Hamburger spring rolls were incredible, but so was everything tbh.

Ive been to RF a dozen times and this time I felt the food felt flat. Although we were not being looked after the brusque Chinese lady and the service was good, the dumplings didn’t taste as good as always and I was disappointed
