Food was good. Empty servers at times during my visit.
The food was very good but the service was awful, waiters kept rushing us to leave, didn't communicate to us that we should have paid before dining and so they were really rude to us, kept pushing the card machine in our faces saying we have to pay now, we were still eating at the time Terrible customer service
Excellent x thank you !! Couldn’t have asked for more!
Amazing food! Amazing service! Great decor and atmosphere was lovely! Highly recommend!!!
Lovely staff and food will be returning again with family
The food was good as always but the price for father's day is way too expensive 😔
Not as much choice of food as previous visits. Slow to take payment, then ages to bring glasses for drinks. Was waiting fresh butter chicken for over 10 mins, asked 3 times in end gave up. Price charge really didn't get money worth on this visit
Both food and the restaurant was brilliant, I will be returning again!
Amazing as always. My childrens favourite place to eat. Staff are always friendly, food is always tasty
Staff were very helpful this was for my Misses 50th they even gave her a free tot of Sambuco very good atmosphere loved it👍😁
Great food great service great atmosphere would definitely recommend to others
great food and service. always come here for food. great choice variety
A bit messy and waited a long time at the front waiting for assistance and table seating.
Our table was booked for 1.15, arrived was seated almost straight away. Waited some time to get someone to take drinks order. Then when at the buffet, it was extremely disappointing, there were lots of terrains that were empty, looked as if empty for some time as completely dry containers. When I asked about the lack of containers being g replenished, I was told shortly. I waited none were replaced, so
Quite busy and noisy. Sat in a walkway with people keep walking past. However, food was as delicious as always. Was going to book for my birthday on Sunday as well until I realised it was father's day and they have added an additional £10 to the cost!
The food was lovely just no mushrooms for me which am my favourite food but made the most of the rest of the food 😋
Like anyone, I appreciate a good buffet, especially a 'round the world' style. Food was ok, fair selection and palatable...unlike the completely off-putting payment upfront in full for our meal. Extremely sour taste in the mouth, and we will take advantage of other world buffets around us.i guess thus must be indicativeof the clientele it attracts.
This was an excellent venue for a family celebration with lovely food at a reasonable price. Only quibble, it took 15 minutes after we were seated for our drinks order to be taken and the bill settled before we could start eating which was a bit frustrating. Very helpful staff.
Food quality and presentation was poor with majority of the dishes empty we had to ask multiple times to replenish no one came to clear any plates from our table we had to move them aside
Was lovely experience thanks love the food and seating was comfortable. Good customer service thanks.
We had a lovely time at Saphari for my husbands 70th birthday we booked a table for 12 of us , the food was lovely and a good variety to suit everyone, I took a birthday cake with me , the staff set it up and brought the cake out when asked also singing happy birthday, would recommend Saphari
My son and his family have eaten here several times so brought me to celebrate my birthday. They said that the plates were not cleared as quickly as usual plus several stations ran out of plates quickly. The food was great and I look forward to returning to try some more.
Unfortunately a number of dishes was missing. We have been before but this time was disappointing 🥲
Food was very good and plenty of variety. Everything was available.
It was ok busy but lots of space to move about
Very clean premises and friendly staff. Great for families. Fantastic selection of buffet foods.
Staff were lovely as was the food will definitely go again
Lovely food as usual. Love this place even during the week altho my fav day is Saturday. Cocktails taste lovely too and 2for1 is a bargain
The online booking was easy and we were seated straight away when we arrived. There was lots of choice and the food was flavoursome and fresh. Our table was cleared quickly so there was never a used plate present whilst eating. Will definitely return.
Terrible! Hardly any food, had 1 make shift plate and was refused a refund
Great variety of food, something for everyone. Nice selection of desserts , refills drinks option which was great for the kids. Free parking
It was an amazing meal for my celebration and the food was of a high standard and the choices available incredible. Will definitely be returning
It was great experience , I like noodles there . Kids enjoyed desserts bcoz there are so much options for that ….
We going on Monday not too busy food is okay but all food is need to filled and goat curry has bad smell
Good food, nice variety, quite pricey but can get your moneys worth
Overall very good. Great variety of food and all very good. The staff is very good and attentive as well
Lovely time here for my daughter’s birthday. Staff are welcoming and attentive. Will be back x
Food was amazing staff were brilliant so friendly and the atmosphere was superb thank you will definitely be visiting again
amazing food and all the staff are friendly. the place is always clean
Great food excellent service grill was amazing as was all the food nice and hot friendly staff
Food was plentiful and varied. Well cooked dishes. Very enjoyable.
Very welcoming, quickly sat down in a quieter area of the restaurant due to children with additional needs. Large array of different food available making eating out with picky eaters an enjoyable experience.
The food was very nice. The variety of food is fantastic. The atmosphere was good and the service outstanding.
We went for some food with friends as we haven’t been in a while & what a disappointing night it was table was booked for 21:00 they stoped the food at 22:15 so nothing was being topped up what I wanted & then the food wasn’t the greatest the drinks wasn’t to good & the service provided was poor sadly don’t think we’ll be attending again!
Saphari was a good experience overall. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the general atmosphere was really nice. However, my girlfriend unfortunately got food poisoning after our visit. We suspect it was from the noodle bar, as the noodles weren't very hot when she ate them. It's a shame, as everything else was great, but this did put a damper on things.
Absolutely fabulous as always. Plenty of variety in starters, mains and desserts
As soon as we sat down they where asking for payment. There 'kids' price is based on how tall a child is so I had to pay adult price for my 12 year old. She is tall but still doesn't eat alot. I don't think I'll be going back there.
Noise levels started to go up when people coming to celebrate their birthdays started coming in. Other than that, we had a lovely time together as a family, and we loved the food.
Made a booking for 10 people, for my birthday. We were shown to our table then I realised we were one seat short. The staff were very nice in relocating us to another seating area for all of us to sit together. The staff were very friendly.
Son ordered pancake and wasn't cooked properly and women kept using her hands. I was waiting for a dosa and no one came to make 1 for me they went to call a chef but never turned up. My kids only cum for the pancakes n they was all gooey inside so not even a little uncooked
