It was an amazing experience, Tasty foods with lots of choices.

Confirmed our booking and was taken to our seating area. Given the menu then said that payment is on arrival which was fine. Had to wait 10mins before someone came to take the drinks order, so some of us went to get the food. From seating to ordering drinks the service could have been better. Food was fine but not as tasty as I've had in other buffet restaurants.

The service was very poor. Wsited over 20 minutes fo pay and order drinks. Then another 15 minutes to get the drinks and thfn I qas told to get my own lemonade ftom the machine !

Food was cold. Not alot of selection for desserts, pizza was rock solid

I have always preferred to provide constructive feedback, but I feel it is necessary to express my concerns. The current staffing levels are insufficient, and additional training for the team is essential. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Need more variety such as the meat, fruits, drinks and dessert

very abrupt man met us and lectured to us that we had one hour and forty five minutes and we would pay prior to eating. their was no good evening or welcome. before we sat down the waiter was asking for our drink orders . food was ok but maybe a smile and a warmer greeting might encourage people to come again

As a family, living locally and wanting to support local businesses we have visited saphari regularly over the last few years. Today I was extremely disappointed in the quality of food and service. I don’t know if it has changed hands recently but the standard has dropped dramatically. Dishes sitting in minuscule silver trays that aren’t fresh and not replenished or replaced regularly as in previous visits. The salad section has also dramatically decreased. As has the dessert section miniature cakes half the size they used to be and one fruit option of melon. Yes I understand the evening meal offers a wider variety but the lunch time has previously always offered much the same quality and freshness. Not even a hello from the waiter, or throughout the service. The noodles were however delicious at the cooking station but if it weren’t for this I wouldn’t have eaten. Sub par standard and very disappointing from saphari who seem to of cut the quality of food and service whilst increasing the price. Because of this I wouldn’t return at the lunch time again.

Hi over the years I’ve loved coming to Sephora’s. But on two occasions, I’ve gone back with a really bad bellyache. Now booked for a family of five. We booked a table for as I brought family from Leicesterand. two adults and a child felt really ill last night yet again having bad tummy. Also, we find the food some of it was very dry And tasteless not as good as what it used to be. When you walk in the door to Sephora’s, there is a very bad smell which we found before, but we feel that it’s got worse, which can be very offputting when you’re eating food. Sorry to say I don’t think I will be returning which is a shame because we used to come very regular with loads of different families which I’ve always recommended. Would I recommend so far as now unfortunately not.

Was good we got seated straight away took about 10 minutes to bring the drinks over but it was getting very busy so was expected only issue was the seating ' it was so close together as people were walking into each other to sit down after getting there meal the food was amazing so will definitely attend again

Me my family and friends were celebrating my graduation yesterday. The atmosphere here is fabulous, staff were very patient despite the lil brats sorry kids lol running in and out. The manager with the green suit at the door is so lovely, my party arrived late but he did not make a fuss and was more than happy to let us wait untill everyone arrived, he was really great. The bartender… where do i start? Give the guy a pay rise. Monty Mixologist was a vibe, he gave a 5star service, the vibes were vibing. Monty is the bestttt

not as good as normal. I thought going on a Saturday there would be more choice given its a few £ Extra, but there was just the same. dont get me wrong. I still love it here, but there was a lot of waiting for food to be refilled tonight

There's just kids running around. You go out for a nice meal and then you have everyone else's kids running around tables and the parents aren't making them sit down. There should be a sign up saying plz make sure kids don't run around. This isn't your fault. Its the parents. They just don't care. Anyway, upon arrival the building looks like it's boarded up. Its not very welcoming at all. If I was driving past I'd think it was closed. It looks dirty from the outside. But when you walk in its sooooo much prettier and cleaner. The food was lovely and plenty of it. Apart from the kids running around it was really nice. Hostage are friendly and helpful. Oh bu the way, they could do with putting some naan breads out lol. Id go again but only during school hours lol. Can't be doin with the screaming and running around from em.

Management was very rude, kept being stared at. Unable to take food from the restaurant home after spending £240, made to feel very uncomfortable… tonnes of meat flies on the sushi corner and staff didn’t want to change food what had been out

Was charged adult price for my 14 and 12 year old which I thinks disgusting. Food wasn't very nice at all. The food was cheap quality. Staff were miserable and noy very friendly

We took family visiting us from London to Saphari and we felt so embarrassed. Staff is absolutely rude except a couple of young lads. Buffet was half empty at 6:30-7pm, food was cold and had to ask for more. Drinks took ages to order and arrive on the table. Desserts were just leftover cakes. At the end, got over charged for single spirits saying we were served doubles when we ordered singles. Definitely not recommended, there are better restaurants available. Don’t get fooled by the massive busy car park, it’s for the car wash.
