We had a lovely Mother’s Day meal today. I initially booked the wrong time but the staff were able to accommodate our revised time which was so helpful for us. Good quality food and great atmosphere.

Constantly pestered to get your plates before even finished meal. Hardly any desserts as they wasn’t replenished on a Saturday night!

Due to one of our guests unable to make it we changed it to Saturday instead of sunday and on the phone we were told that our deposit of £25 would still be used on the Saturday but we would lose £5 due to the 1 guest cancellation which we understood, but when we arrived at saphari we were given our bill and the deposit wasnt taken off it so we questioned it and after alot of messing about spoiling our meal they decided that the deposit wasnt transferable and if we had known it before we would have stuck to going on sunday. Also the staff were constantly coming to take our plates whilst we were still eating off them which was annoying. Overall very poor customer service.

Very good choice of food staff very friendly and helpful

This was my first time visiting. The waiter asked what drinks we would like as we were walking over to our table. We hadn’t even sat down yet. I was not happy to see that the chef was not wearing gloves when handling meat. He then started making dosas. As a vegetarian I was not happy about this and felt I couldn’t eat my food.

Great food with plenty of options for everyone. Liked that we were able to reserve a table online. Needed more labelling, was unsure if foods were halal or vegetarian. My daughter (age 5) took onion rings only to find they were squid rings. Needs to be clear which desserts are Also vegetarian too. Staff great but a little late on collecting payment.

We arrived to a buzzing atmosphere and were seated relatively quickly. Staff were attentive, professional and polite. Very good selection of food of which all was absolutely delicious.

Great it was 1pm on Friday afternoon, so not busy at all, all the staff were really nice and helpful and food was really good they're constantly topping up, so I tried a bit of everything amazing.

great food as usual, 1 thing I would say there isn't as much choice in week hence the higher price of the weekend but still enough to keep everyone happy

Really good, helped accomodate for a 60th surprise meal with the family. Only thing that let you down was I was looking forward to eating fresh chaat and you never had any 🥲

Nice food Good atmosphere I Would go back there again

Mgmt needs to pay attention to cleaning around tables. Live bar cooking chops or other stuff often gets mixed up and either overcook or not done properly. Generally, its good but at times, feel food doesn't taste fresh.

Had a wonderful evening been here many times before aashish looked after us very well and remembered us from the last time that we were there for which was quite a long time ago for which she was a nice touch the sweet-and-sour and the lamb was amazing. Will be back.

The table hadn’t been cleaned. The food was pretty much the same stuff. Staff were nice and friendly. This wasn’t the restaurants fault totally, however there were a lot of young kids running about, shouting and using hands with the food, instead of the provided utensils. They should have had a word with parents, having to walk back to tables with hot food, it’s a hazard waiting to happen.

We enjoyed it, the food was a nice selection and tasty. Drinks a bit limited as no San Miguel and my husband didn’t like any of the other beers. Only down side was when we arrived - we’re stood like cattle at the desk with no discernible queue and then a mass of people left and we were herded through. Had no idea what was going on so took a seat then was approached by a manager (I think) who told us we should have booked in. He was quite rude, laughing at us as if we were stupid but it was chaos on entry. He moved us to another table for no reason but that was fine. And the staff kept taking the cutlery, even when it was on the table - I presume they are told to do that to encourage to leave! We won’t be rushing back.

Saphari is one of the best places for a family friendly buffet experience. We visit a few times a year and the food is always frsh, staff are always polite. The Valentines drinks menu was a hit! Our waiter on this occasion was Arjun, he was very attentive and made us smile. Keep up the great customer service.
