The over all visit was good. The three waitresses made the visit extra special by signing happy birthday to my son twice...a big thank you to them. The only downside was whilst we were where eating a lady came asking for payment....this should have been done before we were seated or just as we come through the door.

Price was different from website and the service had forgotten bring salt and pepper for long waiting

We go regularly, it's a bit far away but absolutely worth it. Always enjoy it there. We would HIGHLY recommend Saphari 👌 👍 😀

Was greeted ta smile and was shown to our table, then we were left and weren't sure if what to do. We then got our food and when we began to eat we were greeted with a, you must pay now, which I thought was unprofessional and strange that I didn't read anything about pau before you dine on the website or when we entered. Food was okay, but unfortunately if you are a wheelchair users you will find it extremely hard to see what each dish is (as the names we hidden by the serving trays) and serve yourself independently.

Food was nice. But everytime I got up to take the children to get a plate or take them to the toilet the waiters kept taking my plate of food that I was still eating off the table (a fresh plate of food) twice. I dont like food waste so it would be good to check if people are fully finished with their meal before removing. Other than that the waiters and waitresses are very good at removing plates in a timely manner and are respectable. Also there needs to be more cutlery available as had to ask the waitress to fetch more spoons as I couldn't see any available. Its a nice restaurant, nicely decorated, good value for money. It's very noisy though and it was very busy for a Thursday evening. Maybe have some music in the background would be good.

From the minute you walk in it was amazing. Friendly staff, amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere.

The worst restaurant experience not worth the money at all

First visit and really like the food and atmosphere would recommend

Some of the staff was rude, one shouted at the top of her lungs excuse me, aimed at my partner when she herself was letting someone else through. She then proceeded to brush past my partner. Who then was pushed into me by the passing staff member.

The fact that we had to wait until every guest arrived was annoying. Also your staff coming to the table every 5 minutes to pester people for payments was rude especially when we had already paid. I attended your restaurant last year and it was the same. Not good. Food was okay

Arrived at 21:30 and it literally look like just scraps were left behind. I was advised that we would only have an hour to eat even though the website said 23:00 anyhow we decided to go elsewhere. My question is why allow customers to book when there's only scraps left?

Poor service, as a single parent with young child was difficult going to get food when they take plates away every time before even eaten- no syrups for pancakes, choc fountain was cold, couldn’t keep up with chips refill etc

I love this place, but they need to put back the crunchy shrimps

Food was horrendous all cold! Rubbish quality! Both myself and my partner have felt sick since eating! Would not recommend or go back if we were on death doors!!

It was my husband's birthday and we took some family and friends over. The staffs were so kind and friendly, they even brought a cake and sang for my husband. We enjoyed our time there. Thank you 😊

Very bad smell as soon as u walk in and the smell just did not go away . Food options was ok . It was dear for what it was very poor

Was so up set booked to day earlier, explained that I can not carry food far due to strokes . Asked for a table close to food, I was told no table by the manager. He tried to stick us at the back up a wall. I refused and just by chance a table came free at front off restaurant but he had already mad me up set he said that was on line and it’s does not work in restaurants, what a waist off time booking. So one ruined night could not relax thank you

Even though it was a Saturday night we got seated quickly by friendly staff. In our party there was some serious eaters and a vegan and we were all satisfied! Food was fresh, varied and plentiful and the chicken tikka was awesome 👍

Asked for payment while we were eating. I do not mind if you have a policy but take payment before seating your guests and asking for food when you are eating. Can be off putting a cause confusion which it did for some of the guests.

Amazing food, amazing taste and quality. Very clean unlike a lot of buffets. Amazing experience every time we have been.
