Signature Steakhouse

Excellent steaks but they had been left waiting until the burgers were ready and so were only really warm. No French mustard available. Waitress was very good; welcoming and efficient. Welcome ast the door was disappointing as apparently could not find our confirmed booking. Not very convivial surroundings but very clean.

Excellent food, very good service, will definitely be returning in the future.

Very quite place, we were the only customers there. Steak isn’t anything special. In fact, everything we ordered, could’ve been better. Portion sizes are ridiculously small. We both counted 6 chips each on our plates. For the price on menu you’d definitely expect more. Lucky they had 30% off. It’ll be a straight up robbery to charge full price for what you get.

Lovely food, well presented and lovely staff. Will recommend and definitely go again.

We was not overjoyed about the steaks and the very few chips (6) and a bit of salad leaves !

We wanted to use meerkat meals but the bill was still very expensive. They didn’t give us the actual deal value. The steaks where over priced, overcooked( we asked de medium rare) we for Total of 5 CHIPS on the plate😂 wouldn’t ever go again. Too expensive for what there offering. Not even an atmosphere, the place was dead. Now I know why!

Amazing Steak - it was cooked perfectly, lots of choice for the kids too! I didn't save enough room for dessert but my husband had the chocolate lava cake which looked great. All the staff were lovely! We will 100% be back.

Good value for eat out to help out good service

Food was fab steak was lovely even though I asked for it medium rear & it came medium well, service all round was shocking, restaurant was empty & was waiting along time for drinks had to go to find some one to get a Another.

Greeted straight away and took to table, food was amazing and great atmosphere

Arrived for meal and was told that the restaurant was under construction so we were sat in the bar area. Then, I was given a used fork. Starters came and my starter was a sliced avocado when it should have been grilled one with chorizo. Complained and this was replaced by an alternative starter. When the mains came, my burger was completely burned. At this point I asked the waitress to take it away. She did offer me the opportunity to order something else but I declined. I said that I was happy to pay for the drinks we had but not the food. We were only charged for the drinks and given a free bottle of Prosecco but the experience was terrible. Will not be returning.

Empty restaurant, half an hour to take our food order, oven chips given Not triple cooked chips, meal ploughed with salt, was no option to ask for steak without the salt rub. Sick in the bathroom toilets, no soap, overall severely disappointing

Booked in for 8.15, they hadn’t received our booking. Waiting staff are very very pleasant. However waited 2 hours for food, when we were told it would be 30mins. It was post match evening but it wasn’t that busy.

Excellent service and best steak . Classic dishes were superb too!
