Sokrates Taverna – Sale

My husband and myself went to Sokrates on a Saturday night and had a lovely evening. Food was wonderful and we enjoyed Keo beer and Ouzo with lemonade. Definitely going back!

Fabulous food and drink very reasonably priced and a bonus of 20% off the bill in January.

An excellent meal and really nice service. Yes, the restaurant was noisy, but that was because it was full, it being a weekend evening, and everyone seemed to be enjoying the experience.

I love this restaurant. We went In May for the mezze. This time around we went for a friends birthday. Food never fails. Service great. So friendly and welcoming. Lovely little restaurant. My 2 friends pre ordered the Kleftiko which had to be ordered 24 hours in advance. They said it was the best meal they had had in a long time. I would highly recommend.

We had the meze, food well prepared and tasty, more than we could eat and bought some home. Waiter very polite. No problems.

We received a warm welcome from the owner or manager and were looked after very well. The food was delicious and came to our table quickly. The only feedback i could give was the drinks weren't very cold (sparkling water and coke). The service was very attentive. All in all a good experience.

Service was good, food was okay. Only criticism was the area going downstairs to visit the toilets needed a good clean, didn’t look as though a vacuum cleaner had been used for months.
