One of the best desi pubs in Birmingham hands down never a bad meal and staff/service are second to none! Recommend most choices but the best are butter chicken, lamb curries, masala chips and the vegetarian options are superb. Am a regular customer and will continue to be so!

Was my first visit on mother's day with my son had i been told,about this place by my best friend and everything she told me was true really enjoyed it.

Went on Mother’s Day and it was extremely busy! Food was amazing as always and very hot. We were told starters and mains would come together because of how busy the kitchen was. Everything for everyone at the table came out the same time and was piping hot, no orders were forgotten which was great considering we were a table of 8 with starters mains and sides. We’ve been a few times and the only downside is that they never seem to have the drinks we want (martell,kraken etc) which is a bit disappointing. They also weren’t doing any cocktails I think because of the busyness! Service was great and it’s definitely worth a visit.

We enjoyed the food here very much! And the staff were friendly and attentive. We will return again!

We always enjoy our trip to the covered wagon. Two areas that could be improved: more waiters are needed as you could make more money on extras and drinks and our starter was over-cooked, the soya was burnt with heavy charcoal so we had to send that back.

Returning customer introducing family to the experience. A very pleasant afternoon meal. Food was all great. Service was spot on. It’s something a bit different.

What can I say? The staff were very welcoming and helpful in helping my wife choose a dish that had no almonds in. My son who lives in Oxford said that it was the best Asian food he’d had. The food was exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Came here with family last week and liked it so much I brought my friends back this week! We ordered the grill, chilli fish, butter soya, and chilli chips—and honestly, they were just as amazing the second time around. The food is consistently delicious and the service is top-notch. It’s the kind of place you’ll crave at least twice a month. My only complaint? You’ll definitely leave smelling like the food!

Food was OK. Felt tables were very squashed together. Saturday night was very busy. Might try another day in the week, but not sure if worth travelling from north Birmingham to south just for mixed grill.
